I did a Google search on ugly Christmas sweaters and Owl Ohh's website came up in the search results. I bought 4 sweaters from the website on Nov 11, 2023 and never received a confirmation number or order number after my order was processed. The money was taken out of my account on Nov 13. I haven't received the products nor have I heard anything regarding shipping/delivery of my product...just a black hole. The company doesn't have a customer service phone #, just an email address that they don't respond to. This is basically a marketing scam...the website looks great and functions well and has tons of cool looking products (Hawaiian shirts, ugly Christmas sweaters, etc) but there's no customer support behind the website. The main headquarters for the company is overseas.
