I placed an order 8/31/26 after I kept checking the tracking week after week my package finally made it to as it claim my cities distribution center, mind you this was after I reached out the day before regarding my package because it already had been 30 days. So after 3 more days the tracking says it was delivered. I just happened to be home that day. Nothing was delivered as they claimed. The shipping company HYD is in china they never answer the phone. Owense only correspond through email.
