I subscribed on Outtloud.com to a premium plan for a service costing $24.99 per month. When I decided to cancel the subscription, I encountered significant issues. Upon signing into my account and navigating to the settings on the website, I selected the option to cancel the subscription. However, despite multiple attempts, the cancellation process did not work.

I have tried using different web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and even attempted to cancel using mobile browsers on my smartphone, but the issue persists. The website does not process the cancellation, and I continue to be charged for the service. This experience has been frustrating and has led me to believe that the service provider is intentionally preventing cancellations.
