Chimene has taken thousands of dollars from people in the US and has not payments for an entire year. She's such a disgrace to humanity! So many people are suffering by this and her stupid mobile home marketing ads continue to swarm the internet. Her company is a joke. They don't communicate and can't get their [censored] together. She owes me thousands!

I sent a certified letter requesting my full refund of two notes 5 months ago and I still have yet to see a dime from this absolute joke of a company. Chimen is a narcissistic bully who is a dread to try and get ahold of and when you do you regret ever reaching out from how awful she is. It’s been over a year since I received payment and I’m terrified I am going to have to eat the loss of 10’s of thousands of dollars. Do NOT invest with this woman.

Likewise here, im from Hawaii, me and my husband invested 6 notes for mobile home, we suppose to receive our first payment june 24,2021 but until now(feb4,2022) never received any payments! We emailed them many times their last email said that they gonna send payments by the end of dec 2021 but negative no payments at all! We sent a letter through mail last week that we'd like to pull the whole amount plus the interests..hope they gonna response..if not we gonna seek for legal help!

Chimene Van Gundy is a liar and thief. She sent bad checks, lied about wire transfers and bullied me with nasty texts - which I still have. She owes us over 100K.

OUTSTANDING REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS HAS NOT PAID INVESTORS FOR 1 YEAR

I also am having trouble getting my payments from outstanding real estate solutions. Chimene nor ORES have not paid me for over ONE YEAR now. I invested in 3 notes in 2017 and everything was great until January 2021. The company has one excuse after another for why I haven't received my payments. The owner, Chimene, will not even respond directly to me. So far I've received no payments in 2021. As I have come to find out, I am not the only one affected by this. Chimene and ORES has not paid very many investors for the whole year of 2021. She continues to solicit funds from investors but is not paying the investors she has. There are mulitple lawsuits in the works against her.

Sold debt investment package for mobile homes at 20k a piece. Bought 2. Payments were always late and late fees were never paid. Now they said we would get our money since Summer and 2 payments have been missed. Claims the bank is batching monies and only so much can be sent at a time. Claimed she had 14 batches and was supposed to have been paying out the last batch a month ago. No contact and when my sister called about her money, Chimene was very sarcastic.
