I ordered clothing from this website. It never arrived and they claim it was delivered twice. They offered 60% refund. I demanded 100%. We’ll see….

I saw an ad on Facebook for dresses on July 24, 2023. It looked legitimate at the time. I received an order confirmation email and a tracking number. I became skeptical when, after 4 weeks, the package still had not arrived. I contacted the company. Customer service replied and assured me the package was on the way. I tracked it diligently. To my surprise, the tracking site said it was delivered on a day that I was home. I immediately contacted them to say it was not delivered. They promised to ship it again. Same thing. After about a month of tracking it, it was reported as "delivered" once again. There was no delivery. I have been emailing with Customer Service. I was first offered a 50% refund. Then a 70% refund. And tonight they offered 90%. I stated that I expected a 100% refund since I paid extra for the "shipping insurance." We'll see what happens next.

I to purchased online thru an ad on Facebook. Tracking said it was delivered and it was not. Seller said they sent a second package that had to be signed for. Tracking said it was delivered and it was not. I didn't loose as much as others but still it bothers me that I was taken in by a too good to be true ad.

I ordered some clothing from this business that appeared to be legit. On their tracking (Tracking678) it tracked for one month, just as any legitimate tracking company would do. The day came for my delivery and it stated that they had delivered my package. No package and the website is gone! I have sent them an email and see if there is even a response back. Like the above consumer, it really was too good to be true! I got scammed.

I share the same sentiment of the post above. I should have known it was too good to be true. The link used to show order details and a way to track the order, then ask if the sudden it takes me to a J Crew page asking me to sign up for up coming sales. No way to check on my order now. 😕 I lost $35 to this.

The Facebook post looked like a Coldwater Creek offer but after the items were ordered and I received an email, it was from something called outfit clearance. It hasn't arrived, so I tried to track it from their confirmation email, but the tracking has vey vague info. I tried the web address attached to their email for inquiries and it is unreachable and I find that multiple company names are listed under scam listings for that web address. I should know better than to order from a Facebook ad or order from anywhere that doesn't give an option to pay with a PayPal account.
