This company charged your credit card and then does not send you promised product. The email doesn’t work. There is no customer service and no one answers the phone. They continue to advertise as a legit company taking orders online. They have other names on Facebook like “conservative gear.” Complete scam. I was charged and never received a hat I ordered for Christmas.

I placed an order from Outergoods.com on December 12 th for Christmas presents for my family. It is now December 24th and I have had no communication and they have ceased answering their phones. The “tracking order” only shows that the estimated shipping date was December 18th...with no other information.

I have emailed and called. They are not even answering their phones. Emails have been ignored.
