I purchased a pair of sandals from a website commercial I saw. When I received them, they fit the length of my feet but there was so much room inside the sandal that my toes slid right out onto the floor. When I tried to go to their website it wouldn't even come up. Then they said it would be too expensive to return internationally, when they said FREE RETURNS! Then they offered me a 10% refund to keep or throw out. I will donate them. Maybe someone can use them. I will never purchase from those online commercials again.

I ordered a product from their website with a promised delivery within a week. The order was placed, and tracking information was posted on their website; however, the tracking information is fraudulent. After contacting customer service, they provided me with a US Postal Service tracking number, which is equally fraudulent, as the information received predated my order date by a month and tracking information shows no movement of the delivery. I have contacted the company at least 25 times via email asking for a refund and to cancel the order. They respond, never acknowledging my cancellation/refund request, only stating to 'be patient and my package is on its way to me.' They do not answer basic questions and their responses are worthless at best.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online which website states "free returns within 30 days and 100% guarantee". Upon arrival, the products were of poor quality. When I contacted them via email requesting a prepaid shipping label to return the products for a full refund, they told me I have to pay for the shipping costs for the return and they didn't even provide a shipping address. They warn against returning the products to the address on the original shipping package. I have written numerous emails to them and to date, they have NOT provided a prepaid shipping label to me. On the most recent email, they proposed to issue only a 10% refund and for me to keep their products and dispose of them as I see fit. It is obvious they have NO INTENTIONS of fulfilling their commitment noted on their website "free returns within 30 days and 100% satisfaction guarantee". This vendor is engaging in deceptive business practices and consumers should be warned.
