I can’t get anyone to return my calls or messages. I would like a refund on my purchase for sending me the wrong merchandise. It took them over two months to deliver my purchase after I sent several messages and made several phone calls. And now they won’t get back to me about returning the wrong order that was eventually delivered to me.

I ordered some pajamas from this “company” and just like the other customer said; the tracking number is invalid and the customer service line is just an automated message telling you to leave a message. I never got a call back and my email was never answered.

Ordered product. Given shipping number that routes to a Chinese website. Contacted about the fact that it hasn’t shipped and to complain about the number of marketing emails I get for products I would never see anyway. Soon after received 6 rapid-fire emails, which I assume were out of spite alone. Never received any other response

Original Pajamas is a total scam. They took my money immediately and said my item was shipped and that was 2 months ago. I have sent numerous emails and never receive a response. There is a customer service number to call but it's just an automated voice mail system which goes nowhere. The tracking system is out of China and doesn't work either. Their website looks very real but don't be fooled and please don't order from this company.

While looking for Pajamas online I came across Original Pajamas which looked like a legit website. I was able to pay for my purchase via PayPal. I received an email saying my order has shipped and given a tracking number. I try tracking and it just says it's in China. There is no customer service no phone number no address. No contact info whatsoever. I don't understand the tracking website either. Somewhere I saw Premier Trust and remember I aced an order in the past and remember the name Premier Trust and immediately thought I was scammed.

I ordered a pair of pajamas from Original Pajamas - I need to return them because they do not fit, they are too small. I can't get them to respond - have send numerous emails, texts and even called. No response! They do not provide any kind of customer service, their customer service is nonexistent.
