Scam! Product never shipped when it said it would and received the wrong items. Not even close to what was ordered. Tried to contact them. Phone doesn’t work and email just gives you an automated response.

It took 5 weeks to get my shipment. The pajamas dont fit and I have been trying to call and email for several weeks with no reply. Their refund policy says to email them with order number and they will send directions on how to return but no response.

This website says fast shipping and 24 hr chat. No one answers emails and there is no chat. I ordered a month ago and it says fast shipping.still do t have it. Looks like it’s from New York but it’s china.

The size medium pj’s are ridiculously small and I cannot find a way to reach the company to return them! I found an email online but just got an automated response and no help. I can’t find a customer service number anywhere! What a scam! Also the shipping was not quick at all- took 8 weeks to get the pajamas!

Please do not purchase anything from this company! I bought 3 pairs of pajama pants for my girls on 4/3/23. The phone number listed on the website is a NY area code, so I believed I would receive the items in a timely manner. Nearly 2 weeks later, I received a tracking code from China. It took another week to receive my items, far later that the website indicates and too late for my purposes. The quality is terrible and due to their delayed arrival, I have been trying to return them and get a refund. The phone number goes directly to voicemail, and no one returns your call. I have attempted to email them on 3 separate occasions and no one has responded.
I wish I had seen this site earlier. For the previous posts, I too, tried to file a complaint with BBB, but they will not allow you to file without an address (of which there is none on the website). I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. It is looking very doubtful that I will be able to make a return and am out $100.

Like everyone has said, the site looks legit and is connected to Shopify so seems honest, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail, their Instagram is fake and unmonitored, and no one returns any emails or inquiries through the direct form on the website. Been weeks since I ordered and no update on my order or on any of my outreach.

I ordered a pair of PJ's about a month ago. They finally came after I told them to cancel the order in an email. They were the wrong style. I get plenty of adds and offers from this company but no response to emails. Their website makes it impossible to start a return.

This company looks legit on-line but it is a total scam. I ordered pajamas many weeks ago and heard nothing, except for a "tracking" email with a link to a Chinese tracking company that is worthless. They do not respond to emails. Total scam company - DO NOT USE!

So, my order finally arrived after phone calls and follow up emails. However, the merchandise sent to me is absolutely CRAP and certainly not worth the money they basically steal from you! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting this site. It’s unfortunate that this website is scamming others to get rich! But keep posting folks because collectively we can bring them down. I’m going to post on every social media platform that Original Pajamas is a SCAM and will post pictures of the HIDEOUS merchandise!

The title of my report says it all. I ordered two pairs of pajamas. They took awhile but did arrive. However, they run 1-2 sizes small when compared to U.S. sizing. Their return policy states that customers should email to get an authorization, then return within 30 days. I emailed 5 times to begin a return, but no response. The same happens when I submitted a question via the contact module on their website. SCAM.

It's been forever since I ordered my pajamas. I finally after two weeks of email and texting and calling;; I finally left a message and a email that I will resort to Calling the BETER BUSINESS BUREAU. and take it from there. I will tell anyone reading this to tell them that you will call the BBB like me. Just wanted y'all to know. Hopefully someone will respond to you. Tomorrow I will be calling the BBB . I'VE done it before on sites and they better get it fixed because it seems to me that you have to threaten them to try to get a answer. I hope this review will help anyone who has this problem

I can't get a hold of anyone who can be tell me if they are being shipped to me or do I need to cancel my order? Please get back to me or I will turn it over to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. TERESA MELLETT [email protected] seems to be like a scam. I see online where other people have the same problem. This is not funny. I am on Disability and can't afford the loss. I placed an order for over $60.00 and received a confirmation number for my order and my payment was accepted. I never received my products. There is no customer service number and no one returns any inquiries that I sent to them several times I reached out to them

I can’t get anyone to return my calls or messages. I would like a refund on my purchase for sending me the wrong merchandise. It took them over two months to deliver my purchase after I sent several messages and made several phone calls. And now they won’t get back to me about returning the wrong order that was eventually delivered to me.

I ordered some pajamas from this “company” and just like the other customer said; the tracking number is invalid and the customer service line is just an automated message telling you to leave a message. I never got a call back and my email was never answered.

Ordered product. Given shipping number that routes to a Chinese website. Contacted about the fact that it hasn’t shipped and to complain about the number of marketing emails I get for products I would never see anyway. Soon after received 6 rapid-fire emails, which I assume were out of spite alone. Never received any other response

Original Pajamas is a total scam. They took my money immediately and said my item was shipped and that was 2 months ago. I have sent numerous emails and never receive a response. There is a customer service number to call but it's just an automated voice mail system which goes nowhere. The tracking system is out of China and doesn't work either. Their website looks very real but don't be fooled and please don't order from this company.
