Mine showed up as Assurel*ABS https://asure CA this takes you to a software company. I purchased stupidly 3 bottles of something online and received a gray plastic bag of 5 bottles. I never opened a bottle just the bag. I took a bottle to my doctor and she advised me to not take it. I put it back in the bag, put that bag in a box and sent it back to the company. I emailed them telling them I sent it, at my own expense, and had proof of delivery. I needed my money back. Of course I never heard from them. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and sent them all my backup. I received a letter today stating that they settled with the merchant because I did not provide proof of the fraudulent charge! Are they kidding me! I will keep fighting this, but I am still out $239.99 for the last 4 months.

I thought I was buying a free sample just pay shipping. I don't do 14 day free trials just in case I forget to cancel. Thank God I used the right credit card. My card company declined the $97 charge and sent me a text asking if I knew about this charge. I said no. They cancelled my card and sent a new one. And get this, on my statement the name they used is Activewhiteenteeth or something close to that. And now they have been calling me trying to get that money. I keep telling them they'll have to sue me for it. Then I hang up on them and block the number.

Complete Scam! You purchase the trial only and they sign you up for their monthly program and charge your credit card without your knowledge. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Similar to others, bought intro for 6.85 and 6.91. 14 days later I’m charge 97.72 & 97.74. Again as with others, nothing in any material states this would occur. I got a phone # from my bank, 844-200-4216, called and was told I could get a 50% refund, continued to dispute and told I could get a 75% refund, continued to dispute and was told I could get 100% if returned the product, but they are not accepting returns at this time. I asked for a document showing proof of the 14-day trial and call was discontinued. I will dispute this via my bank’s fraud dept. charges made under two different companies: prime online store.com & Market Place Prod UCTS S.

I LOVE the CBD oil & the capsules, but have been blacklisted & not allowed to order from them because I disputed the charge when it showed up on my bank statement as a charge for Eden & Fifth. I thought my bank acct had been hacked so I cancelled the payment. When I discovered it was for my CBD I dropped the claim & they received the payment. However, they now refuse to let me ever buy from them again. I had been given the discount price of $24.44 each for the oil & the capsules & I’m heartbroken I can no longer get the products-especially when it was such a good price. Does anyone know of another CBD company that there product is as good as Organic Recover & hopefully their business ethics are better cause I gotta agree-theres something not on the up & up with a company that shows up as several different names on your bank statement:Eden & Fifth, Radiant Pure Beauty, Live Free Body, Organic Recover...who wouldn’t be confused?

844-200-4216 is a “customer service” number. I fell for the same scam and then was charge 97.91. They said I had 14 days to cancel. That was no where in their invoice, etc. Good luck. I will contest via my bank’s fraud dept. They charged me under the name primeonline.

I bought a cbd oil and gummies for a total of $13.76 on Feb 9, 2021. On March 8th, I was charged $97.72 plus $97.74 under the guise of Eden and Fifth and Radiant Pure Beauty. Then on March 23rd, I was charged $9.99 from Livefreebody.com.

I did not approve any of these charges. Furthermore, I did not approve any charges from these specific entities. I believe they are all based in Miami, Florida but I am not sure yet about that. Then, I called the customer service numbers I found on my bank statement.

I was told that an email explaining the cancellation and subscription policy was sent to me, but I did not see any emails. I have further searched my emails and nothing appears in my history except the original receipt with no information about further charges nor how to cancel. The original agreement had no information about subscriptions and charges because I looked for them and found nothing. That is why I purchased in the first place. I thought it was safe, but should have looked for scam information first.

I asked for a full refund but was offered a 50% refund and cancellation. I took it but I will be filing for a "fraud chargeback" with my bank and will get a new card issued so that they cannot add another charge to my account. There is more information about the scam on cbdoilusers.com/cbd-oil-free-trial

This site is not a scam and gives information on how to handle the theft.

I purchased CBD Oil from Organic Recover on a 14 day trial. I’ve been trying to cnx before the 14 days are up but there is no way to do that. No address, email, phone number, etc. It says to login to my account by username or email. It doesn’t recognize my email address so I’m unable to login.

Soon, I’ll be charged $89 per month. This is a scam through and through. I’ve gone over the “terms of agreement” and each paragraph says I can cancel but doesn’t provide the information to cancel. It’s a ripoff.
