I called them for a duct cleaning service, the guy on the phone said he would call us a half hour before they arrived without even taking my address down. I said, oh don’t you want my address? He said ok give me you address and phone number. I tried calling them back 5 times and it rung to voicemail every time. High probability of some kind of scam.

Looked up dryer vent cleaning. Called phone number provided 866-292-2659. A lady always answers saying "customer service how can I help you?". Claims it's a family owned business she says for 7 years but the advertising on the website says since 1992. Didn't find this out until after 2nd schedule date for technician to come out and thank goodness they never did because it's a total scam. Went to call back complaining about the technician never coming and they block your phone number. I have called from 3 different phones to figure this part out. Claims the supervisor's name is Adam and it's a family owned business. The call is forwarded to a voice mailbox that is full with the phone number 818-856-6268. Total scam!
