I sought professional cleaning for our sectional and stumbled upon this company via a quick Google search. On November 24th, their website ( advertised a sectional couch cleaning service for $99. I promptly scheduled the service for the same day through their site and received a callback from the number 1-888-611-1827 within a few hours. During the conversation, I expressed interest in their advertised sectional cleaning service and confirmed the $99 pricing, inclusive of tax. They mentioned accepting cash or Venmo but not credit cards.

We agreed they would visit our house on Sunday, November 26th. However, upon their arrival, the technician quoted a completely different price of $200 to my husband, double what was agreed upon over the phone. Furthermore, they stated it would be $200 for credit card payments and $175 for cash, contradicting our initial agreement. This is clearly false advertising.

Despite their website boasting an A+ rating on BBB and 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook, I couldn't find their company listed on any of these platforms. Discovering similar complaints on scampulse.com after the fact is disappointing. I wish I had come across these reports before scheduling their service, but unfortunately, it's too late now.

I requested for a receipt for the service provided, and the name of the company indicated is not the same as the company name on the website. The name of the service indicated in the receipt is Green Carpet Cleaning.

AVOID THIS STREET HUSTLING SCAM AT ALL COSTS. I was quoted $99 online after giving them details about the sofa. The technician showed up two hours late, told me it was $499 and didn't think she could clean it for less than $400. She proceeded to haggle with me until I asked them to leave. Then she said she could give me a cash discount. Then the boss called and hassled me on the phone, called repeatedly when I hung up, texted me "Answer your phone. Scared?". It was the most amateur thuggish street hustling thing I've ever seen. $500 to shampoo and steam a couch? CALL SOMEONE ELSE. TRUST ME. They've also been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for unethical business practices.

Came out to clean my dryer vents. Charged me $1250 because my vents hadn’t been serviced in years. And not only did they over charge, my dryer now doesn’t heat at all. Same sensor lights came on during first load. They said I had 90 days guarantee. I called the same day to get the technician to return and they said technician would call me back. I didn’t hear anything. Called back the next morning and they again said they would get the technician to return my call. They have since stopped picking up my calls and sending to a generic voicemail. Do not use this company! Total scam.

Stay away from this company. I had a bad experience, paid for the service and my couch is still dirty!

They quoted the service at $99. When the cleaner arrived, he told me it would cost me $500. He said that to remove dog pee from the couch he would have to use special products etc. I didn’t accept the price so he offered a discount, $350, $300 and finally $100 to clean just half of the couch. I accepted it and he did his service in 15 minutes. It looked ok the moment he was finished, but now I see the sofa is not clean. The dog pee was not removed. It did remove the stains though.

They won’t accept credit card.

I tried to find this business in BBB, Yelp or Google and didn’t find anything. Nonetheless they claim on their website they have good reviews. Their phone # is 888-611-1827.

The real number for the authentic website is based in Berkeley, CA and the first listed number 510-484-5634 is the real honest owner only provides services in Northern CA Bay Area nowhere else. These people have really ruined this small business even posted bad reviews on his Yelp acct. I know because I used his services he is one person has no employees does all the cleaning himself also has no 888, 800, 909, or any other numbers. Has no scheduling service and will not ask for deposits or money up-front. I called all the other numbers listed and ask them questions and they hang up on me. Again, check before you schedule the owner has been trying to remove them but they keep scamming.

I'm the owner of organic choice carpet cleaning and just found out that this fraudulent company has been using my logo and my telephone which I have no association with Organic Choice services at all in los angels county or counties all I've been in Berkeley California sine 2003 .

This company is a complete scam! They keep changing their phone number, and website slightly once they are exposed. Do not use their services and research any company using a similar name. Their current phone number is 888-611-1827 and their current website is https://organic-choice.cleaning/

Their website is fraudulent- they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau, nor have any reviews on Yelp, Google or any sites. Their website has fake reviews and logos listed to look legit.

The tech that arrived was very rude and unprofessional- tried to demand more than the rate listed and previously agreed upon multiple times. Insisted to be paid via Zelle and was threatening. The work completed took 5 minutes. Said a stain was too deep to remove that I easily could remove. The cleaning services they wanted $200 for listed at $100 on their website was an absolute joke.

They immediately block you or change their number so you can’t contact them afterwards. There’s no way to leave a review as they aren’t listed on any review site.

They are 100% scam artists. They pay for their website to be promoted on Google searches but are not a legit business! Beware!

I scheduled a sofa cleaning with this company, they suggest a deep cleaning for the sofa with soup and charged 3 times than the original price ($300 instead of $100), they worked for 25min and there was no smell of soap in any way, just a smell of bad water from the machine.
Everything was wet so I couldn’t notice the new stains and marks they left on the sofa.
Tried to call them few times and write messages and they never answer.

Crew came to clean dryer vent. Vent likely had accumulated dryer lint. After they were done, they did NOT check the exit vent. When they departed, the exit vent was almost TOTALLY BLOCKED with the lint they had moved from the vent pipe. Their visit ended up being totally dangerous instead of being quality work. I want my fee paid returned to me. Company says "No"...

I called Organic Choice Services for a “$99 special” chimney sweep service. Once they arrived, they informed me my service would be $325 for a “deep cleaning“. He said that because the previous owner of 18 years had probably never cleane it would need to be cleaned and would help improve the quality of the Fireplace. He explained they ordinarily blow out the soot and make sure there is no debris and everything is swept clean. He had me write a check to his name personally William Sou Sou and not the company, I told him I did not think that was correct and he said he was the owner of the company.

Charged me $325 for a service that took 15 minutes, Literally was here and turned his vaccuum on for a few minutes and said he was done, I said that did not seem right for 15 minutes worth of work, not to mention I said you have soot all over my floor and you did not put my fireplace logs back together, he just threw them in stacked with no order and broke one of my logs. All of a sudden the guy acted like he did not speak English, I told him to give me my check back and it was robbery, he tracked soot from fireplace to front door, left black soot on my front door. Didn’t clean up at all!

I called the main phone # 866-337-2042 and they told me I was only supposed to be charged $295 and that they would have a manager call me. I have called 3 times since then and no one has responded to my calls. I was notified by my bank that the guy literally left my house and went and cashed the check immediately which tells me this is what they do regularly to ensure getting the money.

No way to review them on YELP or Gooogle and all I can say is this is not the company to use.

Found company online as Chimney Sweeping & Cleaning Family Owned Business Local, Fast, Same Day Service Serving Clients Since 1992. Called for fireplace service, obtained appointment right away. Technician name Diego came on 1/31/21 and said that I need: DRILL BRUS FLU, DUMPER REPAIR, CRACK REPAIR AND FILL, CAP AND SCREEN INSTALLED for a total of $1250 with discount of $250, paid technician $1000. He said to wait 24 hrs prior to use fireplace. 2 days later, I lite the fireplace smoke backed up in the house almost set house on fire. My family ended with smoke inhalation: coughing, sneezing and headaches for days. I called the company right away, phone rang for a long time with no answer. Finally a man name Alvin with a very heavy accent picked up the phone and said all he can do is send a request. I waited for 3 days no return call. Then I called four more times, always Alvin who picked up the phone with same answer he can only send a request. I asked for his supervisor or manager, he said he cannot transfer call to anybody. I asked him what is next and he said, he can't guaranty that someone will come to fix the problem or get a refund, he is just being honest. Still haven't heard from ORGANICCHOICE. As of 2/2/22, company still taking appointments.

The website said they were located in Lovettsville, VA, which is near me. Wanting to use a local business, I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. Got a call as soon as I scheduled the appointment to confirm. Minutes later, they called back to tell me I am not in the service area. I thought this strange since Lovettsville is just a few miles away. When I asked where they were located, the person repeated I was not in their service area. I asked three time what city they were located and finally she said she could not give me that information. From the sounds of the reviews above, this is probably a good thing that they are not coming. If this is the customer service you can expect from this company, STAY AWAY. Not sure what they are hiding, but this is not good buisness.

I wanted to get all my vents cleaned. I saw the work he was doing was half assed and unsatisfactory. He stuck a vacuum under one vent saying it was supposed to get all my vents. I gave him 300 upfront to do a deep clean with soap. I asked where was the soap. He said it’s in the vacuum line. At this point he’s treating me like I’m stupid so I asked for my money back. Vacuum lines don’t spray soap and suck. He tried storming out but I called the cops. He threw 200 back at me and unsafely drove his car away. Police report was filed.

I am embarrassed, I was SCAMMED!

Called Organic Choice Services for a “$99 special” chimney sweep service. Once they arrived, they informed me my service would be $499 for a “deep cleaning“. Explained they ordinarily blow out the soot, but my chimney required sweeping. What? Didn’t I hire you to sweep my chimney?

When I said I wasn’t interested, they reduced the price to $320 plus $19 sales tax. I was then told they did not accept credit card and would only accept Zelle or cash app to “Ivan Mevorach”, not Organic Choice Services.

Charged me $339 for a service that took 15 minutes, tracked soot from fireplace to front door, left black soot on my front door. Didn’t clean up at all!

The next day I realized that they did not put my buck stove back properly so now there is a draft from all around the fireplace. I’ve called them on numerous occasions, sent pictures, texted with the “technician”.

They have not scheduled to return to properly complete the job that they overcharged me for in the first place.

Absolutely positively terrible, terrible company! I should have known better!

I was expecting to get my dryer vent cleaned on/about Nov 26, 2021. The order was not cancelled.
Two young men showed up. Could not find the dryer vent on the roof (It is there). Found a vent belonging to the downstairs bathroom fan (not dryer vent and did not need cleaning). They lobbied that the bathroom vent was the dryer vent (it was not and was clearly just outside the downstairs bathroom window.) Basically paid them to go away. They also refused to honor the coupon on the website charging me $200 instead. Called company twice. They promised to have a "supervisor" reach out to me first in 24 hours then the second call within they day. Neither happened. Did not get the service and was charged an exorbitant amount to make them go away. Apparently I'm not the only one.

This company is awful. I had someone come to clean my dryer duct (which was supposed to be $100 but said for a deep cleaning it would be $500 (cash or more without cash). They cleaned it and I thought my machine would work great, but the error code keeps showing up. The way the website works is the phone number keeps changing every hour, and you're talking to customer service, they relay the message to the back office and dispatch unit, for them to come back or get a refund they need approval and they haven't gotten back to me for over 72 hours so clearly they're blocking my call and took my money. Such a shame I didn't see any of these review before …

Their website should be shut down completely and their invoice business number isn't even valid. How awful.

There is no company. They scheduled to come out to my house to clean my dryer vent. They never arrived and I waited for hours for them. They don't answer the phone. They are a scam.

Terrible company. Left water all over my floor, couches didn't look cleaner even though they were not old (one half is where my dog sleeps so it should have been same color as rest of couch when done but wasn't). Overcharged, didn't clean up. Horrible experience

We hired organic choice services to do a vent cleaning at a rental property. The fee was $100 however when Tomer called for payment, he would only take a Zelle payment. Tomer then asked my tenant to pay $250. She said it was only supposed to be 100 but she didn’t know that we paid it by Zelle and paid him $100. I told Tomer that he needed to put the hundred dollars back in my Zelle account but he has not done that I called the company spoke to a woman who stated that he would be fired and that I would get the hundred dollars back. I was also told that I would get a phone call from the supervisor named Michael. I was also told that I would get a phone call from the supervisor named Michael. Two days went by without a phone call so I called the number again and it just so happens that Michael answered. His responses were that I would have to take it up with Tomer. I told him that his subcontractor was his responsibility and needed to take care of the issue because his contractor was rude, obnoxious and fleeced our tenant. I would never use this company again

I called them for a duct cleaning service, the guy on the phone said he would call us a half hour before they arrived without even taking my address down. I said, oh don’t you want my address? He said ok give me you address and phone number. I tried calling them back 5 times and it rung to voicemail every time. High probability of some kind of scam.
