It was a online business start up. I paid 47.00 to start, the program was full of up-sale advertisement. I called the hot-line 1-800-313-4116 they instructed me to call 1-888-852-4635 which I was told they don't know about Computer Elevate. I call the hot-line again and was told to call 1-888-793-3429, again they told me they haven't heard of the company. I called back to hot-line to ask for refund, they were rude and told me to call back another time and hung up!
