I have to report Orderplus International LTD due to the fact that the order which I have initially ordered i.e. new generation toothbrush+toothpaste arrived as incomplete; toothpaste leaked all over the packet and there is no UV part to the toothbrush/ no charger - so it is impossible to use.
I have waited for this parcel for over 3 months, total price is 48 USD.
I tried to contact seller several times to no reply,

I ordered an Auto Rotation Curling Iron from Orderplus International Limited (Sissidiary) on March 17, 2020, through PayPal. To date, I got the PayPal receipt order and Orderplus order confirmation, never got the tracking info. After five (5) weeks got in touch with the seller, through PayPal’s site info, and got an email back from the seller requesting info about the order because they were not able to locate the order, which I provided photos of PayPay payment receipt, Sissidiary thank you note for order place and order number. At the moment, six (6) weeks latter, I have NO PRODUCT OR REFUND from PayPal.

I ordered some clothing to the tune of $73.77 on 4/15/20. Money was collected by Pay pal. No receipt, no clothing, no contact. DO NOT use this company...who ever they are?
No one to even report fraud to - OR to communicate in any way. Such a shame.

I ordered four items on 1/4/20 and I received only two and they were of such poor quality that I want to return them and get a refund and cancel my second order. There is no telephone number and I have emailed them repeatedly and received no satisfaction. The second order said it would be delayed because of Chinese holidays.
This operation is a scam. The dresses do not resemble what they show in their ads.

Exactly, the dress I ordered is poor quality, the fit is not what was expected. An empire dress that the empire comes up to your chest. Not only did I get one dress and was charged but they sent a second of the exact dress and was charged again. It took so long to receive the delivery and when I tried to email the company through the email address provided by PayPal at "[email protected]" it was not an active email account. Unable to send the email. These people are nothing but scams and will never order again until I've completely researched the company to ensure it is a valid company. Costs too much money to return the 2 dresses and will never receive a refund from them. So frustrating.

On January 15, 2020 I ordered some construction equipment 50% Christmas offer for $65.98, never received. On February 17th I called pay pal and they said to give it a couple more weeks since it was coming from China. Today April, 6th I called pay pal again told to go on line to the resolution center what a joke They want to sell me some kind of protection membership. B.S. what I want to do now is find out how to cancel my order for a full refund (I know that won't happen ) and also how to cancel my subscription to pay pal. I have other family members who have had similar experiences with Pay Pal, so I know this isn't a singular experience. It will be my last screwover by them though

I also ordered two ride on horses that I never received. Instead I received some type of plastic pump. Took almost 3 months and finally see they have refunded my money after getting paypal involved. No receipt sent along. No communication.
This company should be closed down.
I feel sorry for anyone purchasing anything through this company.
How can they carry on when orders I never correct if you actually would receive something from them.

This happened to me. On Jan. 20, 2020, I ordered 2 cat trees from Pivotlight, $19.99 each (free shipping if I ordered 2). Feb. 4, 2020 sent them an email for status on order. They replied that the order was delayed because of holiday. Then another email arrived on Feb. 13th from HubKitty that due to the virus my order was further delayed. I just received my 2 cat trees. They look nothing like the Advertised Cat Tree! If this is not false advertising I don't know what is. I am going to post this on all my social media accounts. They are each less than a foot tall, are very cheply made, have no tree bark or grass looking foundation. Nothing! This is not what I ordered! Lorna

I'm going through the same. I purchased 2 of these trees @ $25.99 each and was also charged a "foreign processing fee". Just filled out Paypal dispute, i have to wait for them to send my dispute to Orderplus International? I ordered through Pivotlight.com (which does not exist now). I am so sick over these. I purchased a scratching post at Walmart for $16.99 last November that was twice the size of these. Good luck to you all. Hope we all get refunded.
