Purchased dress on 06/02/2020, never received confirmation email. PayPal charged me and took money out of my account. I still have not received any communication from website dress was ordered from. I emailed them and complained, and received a “ mailer-daemon” response stating that email is not legit. This is a scam! Today is 06/23/2020.

On June 11, 2020 sent and email listed above to contact seller and see where my items are, email came back returned “Unable to deliver, email not known”. Purchased through PayPal. They withdrew the $133.80 no merchandise sent. Very upset. Going to contact The Better Business Bureau. So disappointing to my daughter and myself.

Looks like they scammed us all. Hopefully someone will see this prior to ordering. Calling the Better Business Bureau maybe they can shut this place down before anyone else looses $$

Ordered several tops on May 21st and Pay PAL took my money. It is now June 20th and have NOT received anything from my order. Never received any communication from the company stating order place order shipped or a date I would receive my order. So mad. Can’t even talk to anyone in customer service with Pay Pal since no ones working due to COVID-19. Pay Pal needs to refund me my money ASAP and no longer due business with this company. I’m giving them a couple more days for order to arrive. If not I’m getting ahold of agencies to get to the bottom of this SHAME of a business.

I ordered 74.00 worth of dresses etc in early May I still haven’t received the items. They took my money as well! This is ridiculous! ! I am very mad they this so called company took my hard earned money! I want my money back! Because I’m ready to call a lawyer!

Ordered 3 blouses first part of May. Never received confirmation of order or anything. Tried to contact them, couldn’t find a number and email address didn’t respond for a long time. When I finally received a response, I explained that I hadn’t received the blouses. Then no answer again. I finally received the blouses that wouldn’t even fit my 12 year old granddaughter, they are so small, and I had ordered 2x. Not only that, but the blouses were paper thin and did not look anything like the ones advertised. Trying now to get my money back from Pay Pal, but that is proving very difficult too! Do not purchase anything from this bogus company!

Ordered on and paid 3/10/2020, received 6/8/2020. Registered complaint with PayPal in April. Messages back and forth, company informed me that one item would not be included. Messaged me that they sent refund to PayPal, but PayPal rejected as the file was in Resolution. PayPal dropped the complaint before they even knew that for sure that 1 item was NOT REC'D, and NEVER CONTACTED ME. PayPal will not even respond, nor let me bring up another complaint...why would PayPal do this?

Ordered through paypal. They paid. Told Paypal to cancel order and give me a refund. The item came and it is not at all what I thought I had ordered. I want refund. Don't know where to send it back. I may lose my money, and be stuck with items I hate, but just want you to know that I think you are a scam/bait and switch company. I ordered clothes from orderplus, and I did not receive any receipt. I ordered via Paypal. After few weeks of chasing my items. they provided a tracking ID which didn't show any details of what stage is my parcel, until one day showed my parcel delivered. I never received my items. I contacted PayPal and they said based on tracking ID parcel was delivered. I asked for signature of proof that parcel was delivered. Definitely they were not able able to provide the proof of delivery. I did not receive my items or any parcel. Such a stupid mistake to fall in their ads and purchase clothes from them. I am telling you PayPal doesn't protect buyers. Paypal looks for an escape root to run away from accountability and responsibility. The escape root in my case was a fake tracking ID which shows the item delivered but I never received the item.

Paypal communicated like this: looks like they are alibi:
"We reviewed the case(s) you filed on 5 May 2020 and have contacted the seller for more information. " Then They denied my case based on tracking ID.
