Ordered a blue xl shirt for my husband in march 2020 received a blue shirt marked xl that wouldn,t fit a size small man.

This company is a scam and it goes by different names! hey are absolutely horrible! They sent me the wrong color, size but worse, the fabric is terrible, nothing like described, the clothing is uneven and incredibly poorly made! Stay away from them and keep telling folks to not call for this scam! So awful!

I ordered $70 worth of maternity clothing from this company through an instagram add and thought I was safe because of all the wonderful reviews. I have received nothing from them sense my order - no email, tracking number, confirmation of my order being processed ... nothing at all. However, my $70 was immediately taken via PayPal and now I’m worried and upset that I got scammed.

I purchased $50.00 worth of clothing from Orderplus. I was charged an extra $17.00 for shipping charges. I received no tracking number, nor a verification email that my order was being processed. However, money was taken from my account immediately from someone in Hong Kong. I fear that this is a sham company and Facebook should take it down immediately.

I ordered a foldable Ebike last January 2020 but I got a brain game plastic toy. It a scam and needed to be stopped in order not to victimize others. Contacted the store but only received auto replies. The same with Paypal, they did not do anything to stop the scam.

I have ordered my mom some dresses off "berrylook" only 3 of the 4 come so I emailed PayPal to see what was happening and the company told me to shut down the complaint as they have refunded me $27 but due to the complaint still being open PayPal was withholding the money. I have tried to get in touch with the company but the email [email protected] isn't coming up as recognised. even PayPal have took their number down due to what is happening but this has been a month tomorrow I have started this but still nothing. How do I come about getting my money back?

I placed an order with smilemay.com for clothes and paid $145.63 thru my paypal account. I immediately received a email from them saying they can't send me my items due to the coronavirus and I would receive my refund with in 5 to 7 business days. What a scam, I see their website is still up please have someone take it down.
Some of the contacts are [email protected]. This happened on May 1, 2020 and as of today paypal has not helped me out I know it's not their fault it's my fault for not checking the company out first. I have purchased other clothes from China before with no problems

I ordered 2 items April 18,2020. As of today I have not heard anything from them. I have tried contacting them but nothing goes through. I paid $79.15 for the items with pay pal. I am beyond disappointed in that they just sit back and purposely take people’s money with this fake site and get pleasure out of doing it. I don’t even want the items any more just refund my money!

Is paypal helping you? Because of the lock down I can't call them just messaging which they don't message back. They should block any payments from Orderplus International Limited from taking our money out of our paypal accounts, that would stop most of these scams.

As of today May 7,2020 I have NOT received any of my order from April 8,2020. I spent over $100 on clothing from this "company" and received nothing except a fraudulent receipt! Please beware of Orderplus International Limited!
