Scam! Never received my items.

I had ordered 2 dresses. When they arrived, (not certain of date but late June or early July 2020). They did not fit in spite of using their sizing chart. Way to small. I do not know how to return them, no address or phone number to get information. I want to return them and get a full refund. Never order from this place again. They must be a crooked place.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 clothing items. They only delivered 2 and those were not what I ordered. I opened a dispute with PayPal. They offered to refund the money for the item they did not ship if I would close my dispute with PayPal. I did not. PayPal then denied my claim because they said tracking information was provided. Even though these people admitted they only shipped 2 of 3 items! I am considering no longer using PayPal since they seem to be a party to the scam.

Great! Just found out that I won't receiving anything I purchased from this company because it's a scam! I sent an email to the address provided and received a notice that it's not a valid email address. [email protected] [[email protected]]

For what's it's worth this is a scam. I disputed it with my bank and they refunded the amount of the purchase. Facebook is constantly being hacked. Malls not open. Guess I'll just have to keep wearing what I have.

I ordered clothing. It never came and I thought it was just taking a while because everyone is ordering on line with all the covid going on. Waited a month and decided I should check on it.. All I can find is information on the fact that they are not an actual company and everyone that has ordered from them has been scammed. I guess I can be added to the list of people being scammed. I ordered several items from Oderplus on July 10, 2020. I receive a receipt for each of my purchases; however, I have not received an estimated delivery date. The only contact information I receive is a generic email address: [email protected] . I have not received a response to my inquiries. My concern is that Orderplus has 177 complaints, yet, PayPal is still allowing them to do business on their website. I respectfully ask that PayPal block this email account from receiving funds until they honor their commitments.

I ordered cat trees from this company and what I received was nothing like the picture from which I ordered from! I have not been able to get a response from them and it was a total waste of money - not to mention it took forever for anything to arrive! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The first picture is what I ordered, the second is what I received. This is the biggest scam. I paid $51.98 to this company.

I ordered two tops that were advertised on Facebook. It took three months to get them and then they were crap. I returned them right away to the San Francisco address on the package. I emailed them several times at [email protected], but no response. I filed a complaint with Paypal and they were no help. After a couple months I filed another complaint. Finally they offered me half the amount. I got so tired of fighting, I just took it. I can't believe that Facebook allows advertising. They are assisting them in ripping people off!

I got my chairs over 2 months after ordering them. Set it up and fell out on the ground the first time I sat in it. These are unsafe and nothing like the video that "sold" me, all of which I can not find anywhere. I've requested a refund and requested a return. Fingers cross this is a protected payment via Pay Pal.

looked up Orderplus international and saw numerous complaints and scam reports.
It's truly unbelievable that Paypal and/or FB hasn't stopped this company from scamming so many people. I am disappointed with both Paypal and FB and will no longer rely on either for credibility. I am very dissappointed that nothing has been done about so many complaints and paypal still takes my money and sends it to them.

I am the one who replied to at least the first five pages of you because I think this has gone far enough. This needs to be brought together into one huge complaint and there needs to be a lawsuit. Since Hong Kong would probably be out of reach (although I will file our complaint with Interpol re cybercrime), I do believe the one we should hold accountable is Pay Pal. They should be easier to bring down and a nice settlement would pay us all back. In addition, They will have to stop servicing this ORDERPLUS place and we can stop it that way. I realize you don't know me but my name is Jean Wheeler. I live in a small Iowa town and I am a Master Social Worker and a Minister/Chaplain. I may get some help from upstairs! Copy and paste my initial reply to anyone who mentions the company and PayPal and sent them to me. I really shouldn't be enjoying this so much, but hey, strength in numbers. Ordered two "paisley print short sleeved tops and one denim halter neck too - total cost £58.11. Parcel received but contents was in no way what I had ordered . Two manky pink shirts , which looked like they were made for a person with thalidomide ! One blue and one red Sun tops with straps . Contacted Orderplus int. The email was very apologetic and asked me to take photos of the contents of my parcel , which I did with photos of all labelling , from every angle . Two days later I received an email which asked if I would except a voucher for £20 , so I could buy MORE CRAP ! , they also told me I could keep the item's as a good will gesture. I have opened a dispute with PAYPAL , who have said unless the reason for full refund was " NOT AS ADVERTISED " , I basically wouldn't get my money back ... I questioned which part of this statement , did they not understand - it wasn't what I payed for . . Since I have had my claim dismissed by PAYPAL and I have not let up , I have someone else from PayPal investigating my claim , not holding out much hope !
Contacting PayPal is a joke , every message I have sent I have insisted on bypassing the robot and be dealt with by a HUMAN BEING! . There is no other way of speaking to them , the phone number rings off after a few rings .
And now I know that there is a huge list of BAIT and SCAM companies , mostly in CHINA , that PAYPAL obviously know about and continue to deal with .Do they not have a duty of care to look after people like us that have been ripped off ?

I order some clothes and paid by paypal since 07/08/2020 and did not receive any from the seller, I think it is a scam. Face book should block these advertise and paypal should be reliable to payback for customer. Its terrible
