I ordered coats from Orderplus amounting a little over $100.00.
I have never received an email confirming my order or giving updates regarding my order. It’s like they just disappeared. I am beyond angry and frustrated and hope that there is a way to get my money back.

Ordered a heavy duty insulated jacket .. didn’t come for 8 wks & what I got was a cheap flimsy shirt .. horrible quality , no resemblance at all to what I ordered & after reading these reviews I’m not alone & I guess I have no chance of getting a refund .. do I have a recourse on getting a refund as I don’t expect they even carry the product I ordered

Stop! read this before you purchase anything from this company. I have bought two items from this website; they don't look like the picture at all. The quality and cut of the fabric was funny. The fabric was anything but linen; thick and harsh; more like old rice bags. I returned the items. You should know that the cost to return for two tops is $48 (to China). I sent them back, because I felt insulted. BUT the items never made it to this company, because their address is FAKE. The items are sitting in Beijing since August 17, 2020 and post office here in US says that they can not track it, since its in China.
So, I have lost the money I spent to purchase these items ($67) and the money I spent to return them ($48). Either Orderplus or paypal are not responding to my request for refund. Actually paypal agents told me to return the items and then paypal would pay $30 of the return cost, which they didn't. Bottom line, the pictures on this website don't represent the real quality. I wish I had read some reviews before I risk my money on this junk maker.

I ordered a jumper, had no correspondence from them at all about the order. When I questioned this using Paypal, the jumper suddenly turned up. It was too small so I wanted to return and exchange it. I paid them £28.00. This was their response- 'Considering the high return shipping fee which you need to bear (since we do not offer return labels), we do suggest you keep the item you got and as a compensation, we will refund GBP12. How does that sound to you?'. A TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I made a purchase for my daughter for Christmas thinking it was Burlington coat factory but apparently it was through this false site the whole time so my money was taken it was a purchase for roughly $163 and when i went to check the tracking info i was given it said not found and burlington says they don’t have any of the info on file i tried reaching out to the email above but its invalid all the info they gave me in the confirmation email is false and leads nowhere so I now have no way to get my money back in time or at all to get my daughter something for christmas and thats unfair to both of us and stressful on me because some sick excuse of a human thought it was cool to use a fake site to steal peoples money and right before a holiday at that

They took my money the transaction id doesnt pop up you cant get in touch with anyone and i ordered off the burlington site so how this brand or whatever got my money and info i don’t know but its fraudulent and a scam I tried disputing it and everything but the information in the screenshot can’t be found anywhere so not only do they steal your money and right before christmas but they also give out false order information

i ordered a coat and boots paying 113.00 and havent even got a thank you for your order like most company does. i cant take the loss especially at xmas time, if this company are scammers something needs to be done against them. weho could take advantage of elderly people living on social security especially xmas time would love to be able to buy grandbabies xmas gifts instead of staying warm diuring wointer season i feel quilty for ordering for myself although the items were reasonably priced so i did it, rather than get phenomonia. wish i would haver spent that money on gifts for the children. i hate this company for what there doing to people and the stress is horrible

Purchased two ladies' summer short sleeve sweaters. Got them in late October 2020. Paid using Pay Pal. The sweaters were too small so we returned them to the address in Toronto Canada as per the waybill. The company couldn't be reached by email as the address published bounced. I filed a complaint with Pay Pal and shortly after got an offer of $ 25.00 to settle the complaint. I paid 81.00 Cdn dollars for the product and another 20.00 to return the product as per instructions. In my opinion, Pay Pal is equally responsible for this scam and eventually comes to the same scrutiny as the scammer. I like Pay-Pal but if they intend to support scammers then I will have to evaluate the risk of doing business with Pay Pal.

I've been since summer looking at this stack (8 tops = $143.54) that came literally months after I had ordered them. Nothing remotely like shown on web site (talk about fake news!) Not one of 8 fit. I ordered up 2 sizes and all were at least sized down 2 sizes. Only maker's label in one top. The others were things that could have been easily done in 3rd grade sewing class! Yes, this was a website all over FB.
Cut to the chase...these aren't even going to Goodwill. They wouldn't even make rags out of them. I hate waste (although this won't be considered "waste" on my part) but they're officially going to the wheelie bin today. Ladies, I can't afford it either, but just how much stress is this con scheme worth? LESSON LEARNED

I ordered Casual Striped Printed Cardigan jacket in size 16. Eventually received on 7 Nov 20. I sent a message advising -
I ordered a size 16 and have been delivered a size 2XL which is obviously too large. Besides the size issue, the product is of a very poor cut and quality.

Paypal dispute site not being user friendly so I rang their local number to get a recorded message saying that it is best to send a message to Paypal via their Help line. I ordered 3 pieces of clothing from this company. After weeks of not hearing from them, and doing much searching, l finally found a way to contact them. They had no record of my order. Had to do send them copy of order and payment from Pay Pal. I got to the point where l sent an email asking for my money back. They ignored me. I sent another email asking for my money back. They responded and offered me a $5 credit for my inconvenience. I refused and asked for my money back. The order arrived and I emailed them again asking for my money back and want to know where l could send the merchandise back to them. They ignored me. I file a dispute with Pay Pal. Merchant offers me a portion of my money back. Pay Pal finds in their favor. So l am going to be charged for the original amount right? No l am being billed for twice the original order. Look up any company before you order from them is what l have learned. I also think Pay Pal should not assist companies like Order Plus in scanning customers.
