Also purchased nine bottles of serene contact lens cleaner, and it was never received. I am desperately working with my credit card company to get this refunded in some fashion. This is a fraudulent read website and despite the fact that I had called them many times there was no response and if you look at the map that is attached to the website as to where the store is located it is not in California but it’s in the UK, something is very very wrong here and the site should be shut down

Ordered Qty. 9 bottles of Serine daily contact cleaner online priced at $5.78 each from website optimumdress.com. Once paid payment leads to PayPal account of SarahSancho 402-935-7733 CA. A claim was filed with bank. However, person owning PayPal account was granted a reversal leading to me losing out on $52.02 for product that I never received. Before claim with bank, emails were sent to [email protected], with no response back, requesting a full refund for the paid product that I never received.
