I ordered from this company, I made two orders thinking I can gift these as Christmas gifts. At first it seemed safe because when I looked before purchasing it showed they were based out of Texas. I made the order at the end of October, and it is now January and when I check the status one order says delivered but I never received it and the other order no information comes up at all. I tried emailing the email that was given from the order confirmation and no response and no other contact information.

I purchase the following items from there I ordered from this website but never received my item. It was marked as delivered, yet I didn’t get it. Stanley 1913. They provide no contact information beyond email, making it difficult to resolve issues. There's a complete lack of transparency. Please exercise caution.
