I receive thousands of calls a year, 7-14 calls a day from Onvoy, LLC (Inteliquent), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Communications Infrastructure Investments, LLC headquartered in Plymouth, Minn.

They refuse to stop and they ignore the National Do Not Call Registry by calling more than 5,000 times a year since January 2020.

I have filed numerous FTC Fraud and National Do Not Call complaints and the harassment continues.

These “Mortgage Benefits Department” calls use these numbers.

I receive 7-14 Robo calls a day from Onvoy, LLC d/b/a (Inteliquent), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Communications Infrastructure Investments, LLC headquartered in Plymouth, Minn.

They are impersonating the Veterans Administration, and claim to be the Mortgage Benefits Department. These calls exceed 5,000 violations of the National Do Not Call Registry a year and began January 2020.

They use the following numbers.

First I received a call from someone from immigration and border control saying that I have an arrest warrant against me. Then they said I was under investigated and had to be on the phone. Another scammer pretended to be local police and called me. They made me download an app call Anydesk to monitor my phone and stole my bank account and my Social Security number. Then they made me believe that I have to pay bonds so that I will not get arrested. They took about $13000 from me and disappeared.

Got a call from a Dmitry lev, said he wants to talk to me on a recorded line after calling me and then saying can you call me or call me basically I called and it went through this funny thing no one answer and when you call he just called me by my name next I asked what he was calling for he said his name was Dimitri love he was with black cube creative intelligence and that he needed to speak to me he couldn't because he was on a plane so that's why he was texting and he couldn't take the call then he proceeded to tell me that he wants to make an appointment to call me on a recorded line and I asked him what it was in regard to and he kept beating around the bush being very fake and say oh it's a defamation of character a potential of possible lawsuit for defamation of character and so I asked what is this in regard to he never called my last name and then I asked him what is this got to do with me what is this in regard to he kept beating around the bush and say well if you don't want to talk to me on the recorder line then I just will see this call and I won't talk to you anymore and we'll just take I'll just go through the proper legal channels so of course I get upset I look online and I find something that said scam but I sent him a screenshot of it through the text messages stop him from texting me and he says he's not them that he's with black cube creative intelligence, I told him I didn't want him to contact me anymore because I felt threatened and rest because he kept changing up the story and adding more into it and this is 7:00 going into 8:00 at night and I just felt very uncomfortable because I had previously been stalked and I did not appreciate him calling me like that being vague and then you know just with these demands that I call him on a recorded line so finally I called the company and I blocked him and I don't know when does envoy start doing calls for Black cube creative intelligence which is supposed to go after people for something online I don't know after I told him that I was going to send this to my friend to investigate that was in military and a person in position he didn't say anything there was no response back then I pretty much told him off about threatening me by saying he was going to go through legal channel since I don't want to talk to him on a recorded line and I put a block on it he really wrecked my nerves and upset me has me scared I don't know what's going on or why he's doing this then I get another call with somebody calling me by my first name from the same area code 323 number 204 and the last four digits or something I don't remember I kept everything and screenshots but just to think someone would be calling you like this and threatening me is uncle and then I don't even know what the threat is about you know it's causing me a lot of fear

Called stating they are the FBI and are suspending my SSN for fraudulent behavior, Stay on line to speak to an Agent. Call originated from (330) 525-2256

Probably will not do any good but we will see. Next step is reporting to local LEO so they can post it on their site as a fraud and do not answer list.
I agree with other posts - something needs to be done about spoofed phone numbers and customers that dial more than 50 numbers per day unless they provide a legal company name and us tax id so that when complaints come in they can be blocked from getting any us based number from any carrier period.

Received call from 458-888-0152, number belongs to Onvoy LLC, person on the other end was fraudulently attempting to collect on a debt that was previously resolved. Claimed that they were highered by legal agency to collect debt however they will not identify themselves, their agency, and will not send paperwork by mail when requested. They used intimidation and pressure tactics and threatened legal action in attempt to get a payment over the phone - huge red flags.

They keep calling me incessantly. Today they called me at 7:00 am PST. I called them back and they introduced themselves as “something Solutions”. I’ve never had any kind of relationship with a company of that name but I told them they had the wrong number and to stop calling. Person on the line said “ok” and hung up. They seem like a scam to me.

I have received over 27 calls from Onvoy LLC in nine days. Not even my carrier,T Mobile can help The scammers are working 25 hours a day. Onvoy LLC knows who the scammers are but so far refused, to take any steps to stop this crime. and never reply to any complaint or I block the numbers that shows Onvoy LLC as the true owner, because some of the real calls comes from their employees. They will call again from another listed number, to rip the unsuspecting and naive listener. A complaint to the FCC has yield no results. FTC is not going look into this matter to stop this constant scam, so good luck Jose, and that's my real name...

They used a 215 area code number to solicit votes on behalf of Planned Parenthood per the information the sender disclosed via text message

Recorded message. Same sequence # as mine. Unknown till looked up the number. Onvoy came back through a search. 307-333-7522. Call about ss fraud. Or Warranty on vehicle, which i don't have. Almost everyday 2 times a day.

Majr Financial has logged 241 calls since asking this Company to remove us from their Dialers. They continue to call daily multiple times daily and never say anything just keep calling and hanging up.

These people know when you're on the Computer. I was expecting a call from Social Sec. Office and they called me the next day saying they were from the Social Sec. Admin. and got all my personal info. by the time I realized what happened it was too late. Verify any and every Gov.call...

These people are posesing as Officers of the Social Security Admin. stating that your social sec.# is being used to get money out of banks and being sent to Mexico. They want to verify your info. your ss#, date of birth, Bank name.

Caller claims tone from the Social Security benefits office trying to get personal information and pretend to help me get the “benefits I deserve”. No matter how many times I tell them to put me on a do not call list, or block the number, they still get through and screaming at me and threatening me! I know Onvoy, LLC will say they are just a telecommunications provider, but since they know who the scammers are, provide the telecommunications service for the scammers, and refuse to stop them, they should also be held accountable for the constant harassment! Onvoy LLC should not be able to hide from this issue. They know who the scammers are so terminate the service. Until then, Onvoy LLC is just as guilty of me being harassed as the scammers doing the calling! As long as Oncoy’s name comes up with the same email address and phone number being used but does nothing to stop it, they TOO need to be investigated! I have seen countless complaints on this issue and Onvoy has the same answer over and over, as if they have nothing to do with it. If YOUR name was coming up while a scammer is using it wouldn’t YOU want to put a stop to it? Then why not Onvoy?!
