Portable Coolcove air conditioner never worked, refund issues

I ordered the portable coolcove air conditioner unit and it never worked from the beginning. I called them and they would not give me my full payment back. Said I would have to pay $30.00 to send it back. Agreed to that and then they said no and would only give me 50% back. This unit I did not even get to use once. This company is a total scam and should not be able to rip people off like this.

Room AC unit from onninest is cheap and customer service never answers

I purchased a room AC unit from the link in facebook which went directly to onninest. Unit arrived several weeks later and was a joke. It was cheap and did not perfrom anywhere near as advertised. When you call 888-814-2188 customer service, no one ever answers and it goes to vmail. I've had several emails requesting a return label and they never send one. I finally just mailed it back to them and paid $19 to do so. Their website says they will give a full refund and their email says they will give me a 50% refund. They are such a scam!
