Dyson V15 Extra Stick Vacuum (Costco Factory Outlet Store)

Ordered online on 10-16-24. Order #11383 for $39.99 plus
$7.99 shipping equals $47.98 total. Website ordered from Costco Factory Outlet Store for one Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean Extra Stick Vacuum. Email address: [email protected]. Tracking Number: EUB-AMG239112910CD from China. It's now March 2025 and I have not received the product or heard from anyone concerning this order.

I ordered 2 Smart Touchscreen Calendars, the 1st one was ordered at the end of November or beginning of December, and the 2nd one was ordered in January of this year. I have not received either and have proof with my banking information that they were purchased. I have a screenshot of the most recent purchase, and I have the other, but I would have to search my email for that one. Help me to recover the purchases or the monies lost on it being a scam.

I placed an order from a flash sale on TikTok shop received recipt see attached that listed this email to contact [email protected]. This is a scam they took money never sent my item. NEVER received product which was Skylight scheduler from At IHome store.

I purchased (2) Smart Touchscreen Calendars on 12/12/24 and haven’t received them. I guess I won’t be seeing them! The tracking number they gave cannot be found when I click on the blue “tracking” button. I can’t believe I’ve been scammed. Now they have my information. I used a prepaid card that I don’t keep much money on it but still hope nothing else happens.

Items shown on this website seemed to be for the At Home department stores. Purchase was for sale items (2) Smart Touchscreen Calendars. However the site does not seem to be associated with At Home stores. Website looked suspicious so checked internet to see if any information as to this being a scam site. Looks like it is. Did not provide any more info to supposed seller or click any links for tracking of order.
