The charge appeared on my statement as $34.95 on 8/18/2026. I called onlinenexu.com and told them I never purchased anything from their site. It seems as though Juan, a rude worker, doesn't even know about onlinenexu.com and informed me it was the cost of a subscription price. He asked for the last four digits of the card associated with the charge and cancelled the "subscription". This subscription fee scam has been going on since we cancelled an order for athletic socks with Belro on 7/26/2026. I was charged another subscription fee of $39.99 for Sereyshop.com on 8/9/2026 and it was also refunded on 8/11/2026. I was told then that I would not incur further charges for subscriptions and yet it happened again. What has happened to consumer protection in this country?
