To Whom It May Concern,

I paid for a digital product, (Windows 7 Professional for $8.99). The product did not meet expectations, (it did not work properly). The product was advertised via https://kymakers.com, on Google on February 18. 2024. The main tactic used by the scammer, was given a false impression that I was receiving a genuine high-quality product. Ultimately, I changed my mind because the product was faulty and I was dissatisfied; as a result, I requested a refund in compliance with the company's policies. Makers LLC has refused to honor their own refund policy, and the customer service is awful.

*Note: I called Kymakers (Makers LLC.) multiple times to try and resolve this problem. One number went straight to voicemail, (307 219 0165) and the other number 44 7883 230 520 did not work at all.
