Scammer said they were selling tickets, and provided screen recording to verify tickets. Messaging was on twitter with user @esmu83981j. Scammer was selling 2 tickets, but only wanted one of them. After agreeing on one ticket, scammer sent Zelle account through email [email protected], name William Pitts. Scammer then said Ticketmaster would not let them transfer both tickets and that they had to sell both. They then agreed to sell second ticket for cheaper, but said money needed to be sent to another account because the original Zelle did not work. Then asked for money to be sent to Paypal account [email protected]. When that did not work, they sent two Venmo accounts saying it was their sisters' accounts, Landrum964 and Marie964. When those did not work they demanded money be sent through Apple Pay, [email protected], Abdallah Haibe, 8329195531 or Cashapp $cashmike1952. I tried sending to original Zelle again to see if it really did not work and sent additional $25, which did go through. But they continued saying I had to send to Cashapp.
