I ordered an item through the TikTok shop at a discounted (too good to be true) price. The Item shipped from china. I was issued a tracking number "LXGYL************" which led to a site named track718.com.

there were several updates ending in my package allegedly being delivered on Feb 12, 2026 at 07:01A. It was never delivered.

I ordered a massager via Tiktok from Cosvy on December 5th, 2025. After checking the tracking numbers via UPS, I saw that the numbers didn't exist. I asked for a delivery time frame and was told between December 21st and December 23rd. Nothing came. I, then, spoke to Paypal on 12/23 who said that I should be receiving money back and that they would contact the seller about updates. The seller answered and provided proof of delivery but for delivery to Indiana and explained their refund policy. However, I live in New York. I asked for a refund or the product as I haven't received either. No more updates or responses as of now.

I have been awaiting from a package from TikTok shop for 3 weeks. It said on October 5 it was out for delivery and no more updates since then. I’m getting worried that my package isn’t going to come due to other posts I’ve seen about those who had to deal with SpeedX. I’ve tried contacting them but with no number or email it’s hard. I have different case numbers and those have not been acted upon either. I will cancel and reorder if needed but cannot use SpeedX again after this experience.

This was a tictoc shop paid via paypal - I never received an email confirmation from the seller, only PayPal. I was tracking the package through paypal after it said it was delivered. I waited 1 day and sent an email to the seller with no response. Now I am disputing the charge through pay pal
