I ordered the shorts the middle of May, I have sent several emails all stating that I had not received my order

Every reply was" be patient, they are on the way, they were delivered, we will resend them. When I look back over my PayPal account there information is not even a listed in my payment history. I definitely used PayPal in case of a situation like this.

My order was approximately 43-45 dollars. This is the email included in my replys ?2023?7?13??? 07:53??:

i saw an ad on facebook for hey dude shoes on sale so i went to the website and it looked legit. i made a purchase of two pairs of shoes. they sent me an email with a tracking number and the package ended up in hawaii but was attempted to be delivered. a missing mail search request was done but i did not do that. i called usps and they told me they have seen that tracking number before and that it was a scam and told me i needed to report it. the website was www.onsalestation.com

Dresses for the amount of $3.99 .i ordered 16 dresses .May 30 ,2023 .The amount order came to be $42.51.I tracked on line with 17track and i waited almost 6 weeks to find out yesterday post said delivered .I went to the post office and nothing .Tracking number not found .I emailed Lakoat .They responded it showed delivered .They also stated they will contact logistic..

This scammer is imitating Comphy bedsheets, the real company. Notice the spelling is phy not fy like the scammer in China. I called their customer service number only to be told the number could not be completed as dialed. I got this 844 number from my bank and when I call it, it says welcome to Wayfair. Kelly, customer service manger at the real Comphy, said they are well aware of this scam and have tried to shut them down.

I tried on many attempts to contact someome to see where my package is and i have got zero reaponse i click on the link though the website and it now shows the store is closed .

I placed an order off of a Facebook website for “ryabe” for 2 dresses. Immediately when I received them, they were poor quality and not as advertised. I initiated a refund. I paid 95.98, they keep sending emails to offer a partial refund .

I ordered 5 Diamond Dot Art coaster kit from this company. My total order was $100 and the company provided free shipping. I did receive 5 kits but only 2 were ones I actually ordered. Since these were intended as gifts, I wanted the products that were on my order and not substitutions. I had multiple email threads with their "customer service" in which I was offered a 20-30% discount on purchases and then an $8 refund followed by an $11 refund. The full email thread is attached. Since none of these options would actually provide the products I ordered or a refund of $$ already spent, this was not acceptable. Also, I could not reach anyone using the phone # on their website. I should have questioned this since the area code was the same as my home area code. No address was listed on their store website and I only determined they were in China by going to their Facebook page. I thought I was ordering from Diamond Dotz, whom I have used in the past, so I view DiamondDotArt as a deliberate attempt to scam people.

Ordered an item in the beginning of the year. Tried to make contact a hand full of times but emails were never answered. When I needed to pay they were very active until I asked months later about the item.

I ordered men’s clothing from the website via an ad on Facebook. I got an order confirmation and tracking information. The tracking showed the products moving from China to customs to the US to the US Postal Service, and finally showed delivered. Nothing was delivered. I contacted their customer service, and I was assured it was delivered, and that it must be at a neighbor’s house or something to that effect. Obviously I did not find the merchandise and then began requesting a refund. At first, they said they could not refund, then they offered a 70% refund, and now they say there are delays in processing the refund due to large numbers of requests at the bank. It’s all obviously fraudulent .

I placed an order with Belmead Designs in November 2021 for a pre-order of two needlepoint canvases that had a turnaround time of around three months. I was in contact with the seller about making an update to my order and heard back from them immediately. By 4 or 5 months, I had heard nothing new and had no update on my order then I received a shipping confirmation email from them. I reached out to re-confirm they had sent the right canvas (since I had previously made a change) and they assured me it was the right one. Instead I received the wrong one. I emailed them back and said I had received the wrong canvas and also the other canvas I ordered was missing. They said they would rectify it and were resending the right canvas, which they did but they never sent my missing canvas. I followed up with them about the missing canvas and didn't hear from them so finally I began asking for just a refund, to which they never responded. I kept telling them that I would dispute it with my bank if I didn't get a refund, which is what I ended up doing.

After a few months, my bank decided that the dispute wasn't applicable since I had authorized the purchase on my end. I was furious.

There was no option to leave any sort of review for this business so I commented on their instagram warning other shoppers to NOT order as it was a scam. Within 60 seconds, the business had blocked my personal account and my professional account.

I purchased a few self defense items from TikTok, through this little shop called Girls-defense. My order was $49.45, counting shipping + tax. My order was said to arrive within 8-10 business days, but it’s been 15 days. My package was created around July 6th, has been in Woodside, NY. ever since then the package has been at the same place and hasn’t budged. I’ve contacted the owner of the shop and they haven’t been much help at all. I’ve mentioned refunds and everything as well. I either want my things that I ordered, or have my money refunded back to me. I’ve noticed that when I comment on their TikTok page about my order, my comments get deleted. The owner of the shop won’t respond to my messages or emails…
