I went thru the bank over an over draft they gave me the name lady said we were getting lipstick and or face cream said I needed to cancel order so I did cancel number kc0921 I thought that was the end of it .they are still trying to pull money I closed that card closed the po Bx direct benefits put money back in the one time and then gave it back to them my 12 year old grandson did not order the make up or lipstick nor did I they try charging 116. Twice daily or 119 twice daily .please see if you can get them to stop he is on SSI and their direct benefits have bounced again and they will deduct 226 from his monthly check. I know I can't get the 709 dollars back but if you can get them to stop it would really be appreciated . Name of the scammer is: Sandip Singh Bindra. Here is the scam and the steps that I took to try and get my money back.

I purchased 3 items on september 4th 2022 from Senpai Motorsports via their website.

I made an account on their website and checked out. My credit card was immediately charged $826.20

I expected the purchased items would take some time to ship since they are large car parts.

Many weekes had passed, and I had recieved no updates. My account on their website said "order processing".

So on November 10th 2022, I called Senpai Customer Service at 516-800-4200. I spoke with Sandip and he said:

"Dont worry, if it says order processing then we are still working on the order. There is no ETA, but we will send you email once your items have shipped".

I said thank you and I remained patient.

Many months passed with no contact made. My account on their website still said "order processing".

So on May 25th 2023 I called 516-800-4200. This time no one answered. The call went straight to voicemail, and the voivemail box was full.

Also on may May 25th 2023, I wrote an email to [email protected]" to request to have the order canceled and refunded.

I still have not recieved a response.

Over the last 4 months, I have made 40+ phone calls on different days and at different hours of the day.

No one answers the phone, the call goes straight to voicemail, and the voicemail box is full.

I have also sent a total of 3 emails to request to have the order canceled and refunded.

There has still not been any response back.

I contacted my credt card company (Capital One) and they said "we cant investigate any fraud if its older than 60 days".

So now, I have lost $826.20. Recieved no items. Senpai Motorsports is unresponsive to communications.

Capital One only cares about fraud that happened in the last 60 days.

Placed an order with "Waterwhale Co" on 07/04/2023. Order #1900, WaterWhale™ Inflatable Water Lounge. I paid $39.95 for an order I never received. I have emailed multiple times "[email protected]" this is email is on their contact us page, they have not responded to any of my emails. I learned about this company from a tik tok ad. I want others to be aware of my unfortunate experience with this company.

I bought 2 shirts supposed to be linen, they were 100% polyester. Total ****, impossible to get through to them for refund.

I had a last minute order to fulfill for an event and they promised same day production and delivery. I spoke to someone on the phone and also via the online chat system and they guaranteed delivery of these products by the time of my event. I tried to purchase services and product with a credit card online but that method of payment was down so I paid via paypal. I once again called and chatted with them before I did this. When my products didn't arrive on time, I sent an email, chatted with their online chat system and called them about 10 times. Whenever I called they would put me on hold and then eventually hang up. It seemed very apparent at this point that they were scamming me out of the money. I'm taking a screenshot of the account I sent money to via PayPal so you'll have that information as well. Under further investigation, I also suspect all the reviews on their website are fake because they aren't linked to Google or Yelp or any other review sites.

Website uses Wayfair logos.

That’s who I thought I was purchasing a dresser from.

I paid with Amex, got a receipt from a personal PayPal. I was checked out as a guest without my consent

ebike ordered from ad seen on instagram 6/17/23. shipping information came on 6/26/23. on 6/18/23 tracking info says the package was delivered, but I never received the package. I attempted to go on the website, but now it doesn't exist.

This company advertised on Instagram. I bought what I thought were a pair of HOKA sneakers. I never received a confirmation email, and never received the shoes. I've tried calling their number numerous times but it just goes to voicemail. The charge says the merchant info is HTTPSARKCLOTH, NY.

Chico's Online Shop - advertising on facebook, womens clothes. I placed an order for clothes amount $70.00 items listed as clearance for $9.90 each or eight items for $70.00. after placing the order I tried to reach them with a question I had. I first saw this offer on Facebook. Placed an order for one device and never received it. I have tried to contact their customer service dept and get a canned response that someone will reach out to me but they never do.

I seen the advertisement on Facebook, for beautiful clothes at very low prices. I placed the order and after a long time I contacted them, they sent me a weird “tracking”, saying it had been delivered. You could see it was not anything of American postal tracking. We sent emails back and forth! They said to check with my local post office. I live on a Naval base, and I never received any items, I talked to my postal people and showed them the tracking and they confirmed that it was not a true tracking. After I confronted them they said they sent my money back to my account to wait 3-5 business days. I did and tried to contact them again and now all email attempts come back as FAILURE. Can not be sent!

I purchased two pair of shoes from what I thought was dicks sporting goods. I tried to contact the company to correct an error on the size of one pair of shoes.

I didn't get a response to my email until the package was supposedly in transit so I couldn't exchange or cancel the order. I couldn't return the order because the order never showed up, in fact, the tracking number showed that my package was to an address in Annapolis Md .

I have sent email after email, and I only received two responses, one stating that I couldn't cancel the order because it was in transit, and then one stating that the package had been sent out after I informed them that the package had already been delivered to Annapolis Md. I even included the delivery text showing that it had been delivered and where it was delivered to.

After I sent the email showing that the package had been delivered and where, I never heard from them again

I ordered a top from the brand EnDieu (I found them via Twitter) on August 7 and received a preliminary shipment notification on August 17 but haven’t gotten my order yet. I went to track my order but the brand website is no longer in service. I went to usps and the package has not even been shipped out by the seller yet. I believe I was scammed.

I ordered an icemaker off of Facebook through the company. HSN was what they used. The email that was under it had said heavy lampca. They sent emails from a country that I don’t understand I sent emails never got a response next thing you know today July 26 I got an update saying my package was delivered July 20 never received a package. I’m very upset because I believe I got scammed. I’m a hard-working, single parent and I need my money, I’m very upset

Website says satisfaction guaranteed. But when I tried to initiate a return they won’t give me the address to return it. They said it’s too expensive although they say it’s shipped from USA. They offered me $3 and keep the ****** products. Now they said they can’t give me a refund because they’ll get in trouble? Now the product CHS I purchased are no longer on the website and they were using other websites product pictures.

I purchased what I thought was an Orange Oxford Teddy Stratford zipfit shirt. But I got was a plain, thin, pink shirt. Now they want me to pay for return shipping for this poor excuse for a shirt. On top of that, they initially offered a 15%, now 25% reimbursement fee.

I attempted to purchase a small item from usawalldecor.com. It was one of the first sites Google had on their search engine.

The check out page took me to a strange site after I submitted my purchase. I had a funny feeling so I watched my credit card. Two days later "Mark Neal" with a heavy foreign accent attempted to defraud me for almost 10k in KY. He tried to buy large amounts of rebar over the phone with two hardware stores.

They sell cat litters on this website that looks legit, has a address, phone number etc… but nobody answers and when I looked up the address online, it shows a residential area with no stores and they won’t answer any phone calls or emails

He posted a listing for an Apple Watch Series 8 for 50 and told me the price was 50-75. We agreed on 60 and he told me to send it on PayPal which I did . He claimed he shipped the item and that I would receive it the following day . I never received anything . And he refused to refund me and blocked me on social media .
