Online Retailer Scam Reports & Reviews (1995)

Hello

This store is selling counterfeit products printing them as a dropshipper in China and stealing art from my friends and family, and lately I even see a printing of taylor swift on his website.

You can check other people complaints about him : https://nz.trustpilot.com/review/numeralpaint.com?sort=recency&stars=1

Product did not look like it was advertised. Product fake as if hair wig thrown together as if it belonged on a manikan. Not flattering. They dont want to give full refund and they will not pay over 15 dollars for shipping back to so called company

When I initially called the company to find out what my charges were going to be since they did not show this I was told that I would be charged an additional 94.00 in addition to the total of the products which was 40.53. They also told me that I was signed up for a monthly subscription of over 200.00. I advised them that I did not want the subscription but was told that I would have to wait until after I received the initial products in order to cancel the subscription. When the cost of the products (40.53) cleared I called the bank and cancelled my card and ordered a new card so that they could not get another 94.00. When I called them again to cancel the subscription they told me that I needed to call my bank to release the 94.00 that I agreed to pay (which I did not). I again advised them that I wanted to cancel the subscription. They again told me that the subscription could not be cancelled and that I would be receiving more products and that I still owed them 94.00. I advised them that I would refuse delivery of any further products and that I was not going to pay them 94.00.

Looking for a shed and the website comes up with multiple shed designs. Once you select the option and go to check out it gives you and option for after pay. Then the next day someone by the name of Maria sent a email stating that the shed would be delivered on Friday with no specific on what time. I have attached the email as well as the receipt. Please alert people that this is a scam.

I saw a Facebook ad for Hold Topic. They were selling mid-drift shirts with Taylor Swift song quotes. I purchased 2 for 50.47. It took 2 weeks, and when they arrived, the letters were falling off one. I wrote requesting a new shirt. They said they had to receive the damaged one and I have to pay the return shipping even though their item was damaged. Then, they said buy a new one and they’ll refund the shirt when they get it back or keep it and they’ll take first 15 percent, then 20 percent off the damaged one. They insist I pay return shipping, which I won’t do bc that’s not right. I just wanted a new shirt which they will not send to me. I also started a case with PayPal and the responder for the company seems like a bot bc I wrote what was wrong in detail with pictures and they still are asking what is wrong. I attached a pic of the letters falling off- a t, an l. Another t is coming off from the bottom.

PromStyle used false advertisement in order to sell clothing. The clothing they deliver looks absolutely nothing like the clothing that is displayed on the website. The clothing they delivered is cheap and falling apart upon arrival and does not fit the description on the website. When asked for a refund they only offer 10% of what was paid for the item. I bought a dress for $70.88 and they are only offering $7. I requested to return it and they are now ignoring my emails. This place is an absolute scam.

There's a company in the Netherlands called Capax Europe, a legit company, their legal name is CECS BV. Someone created a website called cecsbv.com and is pretending to be Capax Europe, his phone number is +31 97010210360.

He offers goods at great prices and then requests a deposit when placing the order, which is normal practice in this industry. Once you send the money the game is over.

He pretends to be Tristan Kramer who is the owner of Capax Europe.

I ordered the shorts the middle of May, I have sent several emails all stating that I had not received my order

Every reply was" be patient, they are on the way, they were delivered, we will resend them. When I look back over my PayPal account there information is not even a listed in my payment history. I definitely used PayPal in case of a situation like this.

My order was approximately 43-45 dollars. This is the email included in my replys ?2023?7?13??? 07:53??:
