My sister ordered an item online for me that I wanted to give to my wife for a gift and paid for express shipping on the 14 of December the shipping was supposed to happen in 3 days and it has never arrived but the money was taken out of the account. I have tried various methods of contacting the company but there has been no response whatsoever

I purchase 4 weeks that came up to $69 because they claim that they had a promotional this is the website that they keep sending me to with no updates. I have been trying to communicate with them to cell phone or the number that they have provided on their website and also email and have not received any contact concerning my order and from all the other reviews the same thing has happened to them.

I ordered socks via the website on 11/27/22 and was charged $28.94. I received the socks and immedidately contacted plantarsocks.com at premiertruststore.zendesk.com to request a return label as stated on their website. On 12/10/22, I received a reply from premiertruststore.zendesk.com that my request was processing.I have emailed them 4 times since then, with my order # requesting return information receiving no replies from them. In my last email, I informed them I would be contacting BBB.

Fake website targeting with a discount code to make the buyer believe they’re buying high end goods at a discount price. The “shipping” price covers the cost of poor quality jewelry under the guise that it’s free high quality jewelry only for the price of shipping.

Ordered a product 11/27/22, advertised would arrive before Christmas. Never arrived, no customer service information, emails get no response, their Facebook page is now full of people reporting the same thing. A generic message gets sent by the company saying wait 2-3 more weeks.

The company made a promise to refund all money if unsatisfied with the company’s performance. I wasn’t satisfied at all with the app and did what the company asked and canceled the app then asked for my money totaling 47.00 dollars to be returned. I used the email that I was told to use on the app website to ask for my refund, & I was spun in a circle of fraud & swindle. I was repeatedly asked what happened, then told to wait due to the company handling other issues from other people. Then after communicating with them as well as waiting more than a month, I was still not refunded, but looped within the same queued questions with no end result.

I ordered custom-made sweatpants with a photo of their cat that just passed away on them for my kids and I was promised they would be here before the holidays. I got an email stating the order was delayed and I could cancel if I wanted to. I asked to cancel since they wouldn't make it before the holidays. They stated that I had already received the product months before I even ordered it and said that their refund policy states I can't have a refund after 3 days of delivery. I called them out for the mistake and they continued to respond with emails as if I wasn't even requesting a refund. They then stated they were sorry, the order was lost in the mail and I could ask for a refund, which I did. They then said they "shipped" the product again and refused my request for a refund. I am certain they are scammers and would like my money back. I've included all the email exchanges in the files below.

I bought some weight loss gummies turns out it was recurring subscription. I put my info in and picked purchase. The next screen should have been confirmation but another screen popped up asking do I wanna buy some air pods, I made a mistake n accidentally hit yes. I noticed 2 separate charges on my bank statement,both had 844 phone number, 2 different company names. One said dream something and one said proud gadget. I called proud gadget and talk to a nice lady who canceled the air pods. To make a long story short the air pods money 49 dollars was deducted. I called back and a man said the nice lady hit the wrong button, she actually canceled the recurring subscription for the gummies. Since they do not accept returns he gave me a 20 percent refund on the air pods. Today there was 2 new charges, 844 phone number, total 269 dollars. I go to their website, it's the same as the air pods people. They change their name n charge my card. They are ghost, can't even track em down. I did receive the gummies and the air pods, now more charges. I had to lock my debit card. I want the people to know, if u see a charge with an 844 phone number it's a scam

I purchased a 4.99 bottle of perfume on Dec 14, 2022. Never received it. I emailed them..no response. Today I was charged 14.99 not having had purchased anything. They are using 2 different business names and 3 different phone numbers. One number is an answering machine and other number gives you a representative that only wants personal information and if you don't give it they start getting nasty constantly requesting information. I was called back by another number who when I called back was the same company.

Hi, I paid for a 1 bottle of a product online through a site that I thought was secure. I paid for the Amarose Skin Tag Remover at https://amaroseskintagsremover.com/ on 12/9/22. On 12/24, they charged my credit card again. This website does not have a telephone or email address associated with it. The phone number for the vendor that my credit card company gave me is 833-222-7243, but nobody answers that number and you have to leave a message, but nobody gets back to you. Another number provided on one of the emails is 424-210-9207 but that number also does not have anyone answering it.

From My 2022 till Dec 2022, every month I was sent gummies for weight loss that I did not subscribe to. The packaging made it impossible (all fake) to trace the origin and i finally found them through my bank statement. This company Gadget Vault had me fraudulently signed up for a monthly subscription charging me $123 a month.

Humifion markets humidifiers of high quality but the product is cheap. They claim their humidifier will run for up to 10 hrs, when it only runs for 2-3 hrs. The dimensions of the actual product are smaller than those they list on their website. The product became moldy after 1 month of use. They hide all negative reviews on their website and only display 5 star ones - I know this because I left a review that was never displayed.

I ordered before the December 5 cutoff (I ordered on November 22, 2022). I quickly got an email with tracking info. Checking daily- hasn't been scanned yet. "new york" company uses a Chinese shipper? I did get an email saying it might not get here before Christmas. I ordered due to their good reviews. Now it's December 2022 and there are now many reviews saying they never got their product. I've emailed and messaged over 10 times and get the same email saying that "a ticket has been opened" but I never hear back. I'm embarrassed that my boss will not get a Christmas gift-! I finally find something for the guy who has everything and it doesn't arrive! I lost $63.

I ordered some PJ pants from this company. At the time it stated they was based out of New York and had a phone number. Placed my order on November 13,2022. I still have not received the item, I've emailed them 3 times with no reply, and they use to have a phone number on their website but now is gone as well. I have tried calling the number over and over as well and no one ever picked up. They took the money from my account and now they won't answer or respond to anything.
