I got an ad on YouTube for a chess board that moves by itself, clicked the link and was taken to a legitimate seeming website, with a sale on a chess board marked down from 450 dollars to 129 dollars

- West End, NC, USA

The website looks legit, but it is NOT! I placed my order, gave my address and credit card info, was charged and never got shipping updates as of 3 weeks now. I have tried contacting them via email and through their fake chat on their website. I cannot get a response no matter what I do. I did file a complaint with Afterpay and I am waiting on a refund, but they are waiting on the merchandiser to respond to them as well. DO NOT throw your money at anything on that site!

This scammer supposedly runs an e-commerce business and did not provide the services listed on Social media. My sister wrote a bad review on google & they sent her IP address & all her personal information to threaten her. They also started impersonating other companies & celebrities on LinkedIn & harassing us further threatening to release personal info.

Website claiming to sell Farm and ranch equipment.

This website is a scam drop-shipper. The website is slick and it was too late before I realized. Upon further research, I learned the following: The company has no physical address. They appear to be associated with several additional scam domains ending in .digital and .service, which lead to an address in Florida. Their stated address in New York is a third party post box in Brooklyn. The company registration in NY and Florida expired in 2019, and has not been renewed. The company officers listed on registration documents in NY and FL do not appear to be associated with the company. Their website is secured using a public LetsEncrypt SSL certificate. Their phone number is an answering service. They do not appear to have any sales associates or inventory. Their customer service email is unattended and unanswered. Phone messages left are not returned.

I purchased an item on 8/22/22 from https://thetoolsverse.com for $199.95. The charge showed up on my credit card as "SWEET DILLS LLC 9177688695,CA,US". The same day I emailed them because the coupon code I had for the item was not attributed to my purchase. They finally responded to me on 8/25/22 but indicated they couldn't find my order. I then provided them a screenshot of my order confirmation. I never received the item.

I didn't realized until just recently that on 9/23/22 they debited my credit card using the name "SWEET DILLS LLC 9177688695,CA,US" for an additional $18.95. They did it again on 10/27/22. But then on 11/26/22 they changed their name to "FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM 8888435407,CA,US" and again debited my account for $18.95. Now just again on 12/1/22 under the name "FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM 8888435407,CA,US" they debited my account AGAIN for $29.99.

I heard nothing back from them until 9/26/22 where they said they would check on my item and contact the warehouse. On 10/15/22, still no item shipped to me. I requested my order be cancelled and I'd be refunded my monies. Mind you, at that time I didn't realize at the time they were still taking money out of my account. I received the following response from them:

Hi Shelly,

Thanks for getting back and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand you'd like to cancel the order due to a major delay with the shipment. I've gone ahead and made a follow-up with our Billing Team for the cancellation and refund request so it gets credited back to your account the soonest!

We truly appreciate your patience on this.

This was the last I heard from them. I have notified my credit card company of this information and they are investigating.

They seem to have multiple business names, some of which include the one I've been scammed by which was Toolsverse, but they also are associated with Zeolis, Fashionsmine, WatchWhole, Travel Pets Pet Accessories, plus more according to this website: https://upcomingbrands.org and you are directed there from FURNITUREHOUZSTORE.COM.

I have reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission as well.

Very overpriced poorly made clothing claiming to be made in South Carolina, nothing as pictured or the quality described, comes from China, then when requesting an "easy" return a return address in Dubai is provided so you cannot afford to ship the clothing back and are forced to take their less than half cost offer to keep their garbage.

I purchased a Calpak Luka bag from their website on October 6th, 2022. I paid through PayPal. I emailed them on November 14th, 2022. I received a Mailer Daemon saying "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." I have tried to call the number on the website but it doesn't call to anything. It said on it's website that it is a "Trusted Store". Should have been a red flag seeing that.

I joined nextmed as a service to help lose weight via GL1P inhibitors and Telehealth doctors. I never recieved any care or medication through the service even though I contacted them every 2 weeks for an update fro 2 months. I was always given the run around or most of the time the calls were just dropped and I was hung up on. The last time I called I was promised that a physician would reach out the next day and no one reached out via the portal over the phone. That was 2 weeks ago. The lied over and over again with no plan to actually give me treatment. They have access to health record and confidential information. they are dangerous and need to be shutdown. No CEO exists - the company does not have employees active - it's all a scam.

Called company to order Mahindra tractor parts for our business in January, 2022. They asked us to pay via PayPal for one part and bank transfer for the other part. Once parts where paid for, we were tasked with numerous communications by phone, chat, and email regarding a tracking number for our orders. Eventually in August 2022, we requested return of our monies by phone, email, and chat. After hearing nothing back from them, we emailed every contact email we had for them, chatted via their website, and found out that two of the three phone numbers that previously worked were no longer available, leaving one phone number where we were asked to leave a voicemail (however, this was done numerous times in the past - with no one ever returning our calls.)

The company immediately charges your account and then does not provide the product or any other information. There is no number to call them. You can only request they call you, which they don’t. I have emailed twice requesting to cancel and have not had any response.

Thought I was purchasing 4 pistol magazines. They send an email telling you to send money via PayPal and to send money under the context of Family & Friends. They do this to make it harder for you to cancel the transaction through PayPal. PayPal sends them the money and you never hear from them again.

I was suppose to be ordering shoes from a shoe store called myshoeshut. store. When it came out of checking, the names on my checking was from Kaiden international inc and AliAmz inc. neither which sells shoes. No phone number on either but both had the same web site from different areas in Brooklyn N Y,

I purchased clothing at lsoru.com on 11/5/22. As of 11/21/22, I have not received any merchandise. The company claims to make and sell clothing from SC but that is not true. I requested a refund on 11/20/22; however, they now claim it has shipped. The tracking number says only a label was created and it is not with the USPS at this time. I contacted the company via email and told them the package has not shipped, only a label created, and I requested a full refund for the second time. They have not responded.

I took advantage of a sale for the device and a subscription and so far only $33 has come out. The refuse to answer me and just keep telling me that the items are out of stock!

The company offered low prices on lots of items. Such as T-shirt sweatpants. The name of the company is called light in the Box.

I went to their site to order a sample product for $5.76. It took me to a promotion page for another item. I couldn't see anything to click on to decline the added offer, so I clicked on "continue to check out" not knowing this added the item to my order, then another page with another offer. I clicked on continue to check out again, and another offer popped up. After clicking on continue to checkout, it checked me out with all these items. Didn't show a page that showed the total of what I had ordered. I had no idea until I looked at my bank account. I immediately called, but the gentleman that answered told me they would call me back the next day during business hours when representatives would be available. I called them first thing this morning, and was told I couldn't cancel my order as the shipping label had already printed. I told them I would send it back for a full refund and they said I couldn;t do that. They offered me 1/2 of my cost and I can keep the products. I don't want the products, I want a full refund. I was told I should have clicked on the coupon it' showed instead of continue to check out. Clicking on the coupon declines the offer. In my mind, clicking on the coupon should add it to your order, not decline it. How was I to know? I do alot of ordering online, and have never seen a site that operates like this one. I accepted the 1/2 refund back, as that seemed my only recourse. I would rather send it back when it gets here and have a full refund, but was informed that is not an option. This seems pretty fraudulent to me.

I paid for a service of a car detail and I gave a $50 deposit. He texted me before the time saying that it’s bellowing freezing and that it hard to wash cars. So I respond back immediately and he doesn’t respond for the day. Then I ask for a refund and he proceeds to not respond for days.

I purchased a one time gummy ketosis plus product Gave my bank account information my personal information and address. Got the product and they tapped into my bank account and took my money another time without my knowledge and permission. Tried calling them to get a refund and they put me through different agents and hung up on me on several times without solving my issue.

Purchased from their online shop. Never received confirmation or product.
