While the low-quality suit was sent, it was sized wrong and despite following return instructions on their website, I have not heard back from them with a return address. I emailed them 3 times. There policy states the return must be within 15 days and you need to email them for the correct return address. 15 days has passed and still no response from email. When trying to report on paypal there is no place to report this type of problem. The box wasn't empty. The product was delivered. Yet the return policy is the scam. They have the money. I have two swimsuits that are low quality and sized incorrectly. I am unable to return due to the policy they have that an email will be sent, but there isn't a reply despite numerous attempts to get that correct mailing address to return the suits.

I have reached out several times for after-purchase support that was promised. It took 2 weeks for any response. Got one simple acknowledgment but then took 2 more weeks for another response. Their sales support team has not answered any questions. Only will respond to me at 2-3am EST. I was asked to join a google meets to help with customer support but they have never let me in. They sent a corrupt video that is not eligible to play on my computer. Now I have not heard anything since May 19th and it is June 2nd. I was promised a 60 money-back guarantee and now no one is responding to me on the refund. Now I still have not talked to anyone in sales support at all to help with the issues I am having with the purchase, which they advertise 24/7 customer support.

Wanted to purchase a thermostat to fit an Imperial stove. Found one at the imperialparts.com and ordered it on May 8, 2023. Paid for it with debit card. Have never received part. Asked for a refund around May 20 because they said they were not able to get the part. Have called numerous times and only get a runaround from them. They even acted like they sent the refund through but we didn’t receive it. The last time we contacted them on June 2, they said the refund should have gone through on the 1st and they had done all they could.

I ordered a chair that goes out to a bed from lcaconnections for 19.99 and 5.99 shipping on 5/7/23. once I filled out information and paid with debit card they posted on website it would take 17 days to be shipped. so when I did not receive by the 26th of may I start emailing to [email protected]. they replied back the order was shipped but tdue to a problem with their system the tracking # cannot be synchronized to the order system. will contact you in 3 days . i wrote back and they said it was delivered on 5/11/23 but in the confirmation it said it would take at least 17 days.

The website has a bunch of home goods for sale. I ordered two Serta pillows that I was excited to find because I thought they were out of production. After ordering I starting thinking and started looking into the website and realized that I couldn't actually get in contact with them. The contact us link did not work and there was no other way to get in touch. I paid through PayPal and an email for the company and their real name showed up on the transaction receipt. I emailed them but no response. After waiting a while I filed a dispute with PayPal and they refunded me. A day later the company sent PayPal some tracking info but it was inaccurate. The tracking said the package had been delivered to the front desk but UPS delivers to my door. There was a name on the proof of delivery that didn't match up with anyone at my apartment office and they hadn't accepted any packages. My address was not on the tracking info, just my city. The item weight on the tracking said 50 lbs but it was just 2 pillows. I think once PayPal canceled payment the company sent some bogus tracking info.

I purchased an e-bike from Gocycle.com for the price of $3607 through Affirm a consumer loan company. The bike arrived defective (kickstand detached) and the company asked me to send back the ebike since it’s impossible to fix it by the service in New York city. Upon sending back the bike, I asked for a refund and the customer care sent a new bike to the service store without my consent insisting they can’t accept the bike. Since I did not pick up the bike, they charged me $1157.70 of the total amount for their postage. Details are in a document attached:

An ad for skin tag removal selling for $37 for three bottles. When I went through the ordering process I was not given a total nor did my credit card process. The message said that my credit card number was not valid and to use another card which I did. The same thing occurred. At this point I was uncomfortable and did not complete the order since I never received a final “place the order”. I received an email from the company thanking me for my order of $198.78. They tried to charge both credit cards. Luckily, one of my cards was alert enough to question the charge and did not pay. I called the company and they tried to give me a discount but would not cancel the order which is what I demanded. I am working with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not trust this company.
