Never ordered product. Opt out. Sent anyway charged 200 dollars. Called. Said when product returned I would be credited. Never got credit. Have receipt for return. Still denied credit. At a lost??. What can I do?

I came across a Facebook ad indicating a sale for HeyDude shoes. As soon as I placed the order, I realized my mistake and sent a direct email to the contact listed, attempting to cancel the order. The email was answered immediately and asked for my order # and email. I replied and heard nothing back for several days and AFTER the order supposedly shipped. I also had been charged for something within the same purchase for *amazon kids*. I canceled my debit card and called my bank to file a fraud claim. I followed the tracking as it was provided to me. It traveled from China to CA and was supposedly attempted to be delivered somewhere in CA, but was undeliverable. I live on the other side of the US, in PA. The website originally used for the purchase is also no longer what it was.

Ordered Yeezys online. Tried to pay with Klarna and it said something happened and it automatically took the full payment out through PayPal. Never shipped the item. Tried to contact them in every way possible. Finally got a response on a different email saying there was a problem with processing and I could apply for a refund. The refund email is invalid. The messaging system or phone number does not work. They will not contact me back and it’s been 2 weeks. All contacts to the company are invalid.

Ordered 2 Stanley cups on 19Apr2023 and never received them. Attempted to contact the company by email and they responded saying they are looking into the matter. Emailed again and again and no response. Tracking info said it was delivered to another address in PA, not mine.

Facebook ad for Hey Dude. Clicked it and website looked like Hey Dude. Ordered items and confirmation email was sent with [email protected] in the from box. Seemed odd so I looked into it. Says it’s a known scam. My credit card was already charged.

When ordered for 1 product, they charged for mutiples (like 5). When called back, they offer partial discounts trying to scam customers. I ended up have to cancel my credit card and to report the scam to BOA (my credit card bank) to trying getting back the funds.

I placed a pre-order for Funko Pops initially for $63.98 back in May of 2022. After a few months, I got an email my original order wasn't going to be able to be filled anytime soon. So I had them reallocate the funds to a new order, and paid the difference of $21. Since it was a pre-order, there was no definitive shipping timeline. However, their policy stated if it's not shipped, you can get your money back. April 5th of this year, 2023, they announced they're closing their doors. Never responded to emails even though they said they would within 30 days. At this point I'm struggling to get my money back. I opened a claim with the ScamPulse.com and they were unable to get ahold of the company via USPS mail. This CEO needs to be held accountable and refund all of the money they owe their customers!

Hello. I was scammed. I saw a promotion about the foldable treadmill on this website "Fitness Global Pavilion". It said that the treadmill cost $109.99 but there were a deal sale of $39.99. Unfortunately, I paid $49.98 ( $39.99 for the treadmill and $9.99 for shipping) in total and plus $1.50 that they took after from my bank account but don't know for what. So in total they own me $51.48.

I waited to see if I receive the treadmill but in its place I received a scarf that I never purchased.

I found this video add on Pinterest for this VW wagon stroller on clearance. Went to the site, looked legit and purchased the olive green VW wagon stroller. Received confirmation email and everything. Emailed several times about delivery updates and typically had a fast response. Instead of the wagon I received a mini pack with a tracking number that matched the supposed wagon. Upon questioning with the company and a threat of report to BBB, they asked for photo proof of what I had received and said they would contact the warehouse to solve the problem. And I have yet to hear back. I have provided the email and pictures of what I received instead

Placed online order for two kits. Never received them. One kit was unavailable everywhere else because it was discontinued. That may be how their bait to get people to buy kits that are hard to find. Five weeks after ordering I tried to call the number I found for them online (not on their website) and the number was disconnected. They are also doing business under another named website, https://militarymodeldepot.com/ It has the exact same products and prices and both websites are based in South Canaan, PA.

THIS COMPANY WORKS THROUGH AMAZON.COM. I WASNT PAYING ENOUGH ATTENTION (THEY "STRAX.COM") AS THEY REDIRECTED ME TO THEIR SITE. I BOUGHT A WIRELESS CHARGER (BROKEN - DIDNT WORK), I ALSO BOUGHT A PAIR OF EARPHONES (WIRED) AND THEIR QUALITY WAS POOR TO VERY POOR. AND ANOTHER THING I ORDERED WAS A TRIPOD (PHONE / CAMERA STAND-UP DEVICE - I DIDNT EVEN OPEN IT).

I ASKED STRAX.COM TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND RETURN SHIPPING. NO ANSWER. GHOSTING ME. ALSO, WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED, THEIR WAS NO BUBBLE WRAP OR ANY KIND OF PAPER TO KEEP THE ITEMS FROM DAMAGE.

THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. I CALLED THEM ON THEIR GERMANY NUMBER WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE NOT TAKING CALLS - NO RING - NO VOICEMAIL TO LEAVE A MESSAGE - NOTHING : 011 - 4902241951270

ANYONE THAT PLANS TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Around 5/11/2023 I attempted to purchase two Stanley cup, but it appears that the website was fake, as it is now done. I placed an order for 2 Stanley cups & have not received them. The tracking information provided also is fake. I requested for my money back, but to date, have not received it.

I'm not sure what Country the scammer is from.

I ordered from this company 2 st. Michael neclaces for $45.98 on March 13. Was told 2 to 8 weeks. Would notify when shipped. Never got notified when shipped. To this day never received. Will not respond to numerous emails I sent. Has an unsecured website and there is no other way to contact them. Credit card company won't take charges off because they were told I received merchandise. A bogus lie. I believe this is a scam company.

I was told that I can receive ligh bulb camera. I would only have to pay shipping. This was placed with a credit card for $7.97. Few days later a charge from the same order was put on my credit card for $82.11. Still have not received the product. I will be calling my bank in a few minutes to stop payment. I try calling them and I keep getting disconnected.

They gave me a tracking number for a business that I have never heard of and then after several attempts to get it delivered the package went missing also I received an email from customer service department but after my response no other emails came all these actions allowed the time necessary to ensure payment by the card

I was looking at website Pinterest I saw the product the Fawlessdays I purchased it in November I had until January 15 to get a refund. As soon as I got it, one of the one of the items was no good was damaged I complained about it. It took like two months for me to get a replacement, but in the meantime, it was started to fall apart. I showed them the video I gave them pictures and yet they told me that they could not refund me. It wasn’t even January when I started to make these complaints, they said that the guarantee was over and they could not refund my my money because it was only 15 days of guarantee which that was a lie.

I purchased this item online and said it was delivered in feb, but i have never received this and was in contact with them as they said to check with post office and they never received it to be delivered. I also have this tracking number which shows it was delivered, but once again was NOT. The tracking number is TW23120018335...I just want this to be delt with

A online site on Facebook offering Costco wear house clearance Crocs each for 9.99$ and shipping. Seems legitimate email received with confirmation of purchase. But links to see your order or there is no tracking number no other way to contact representative. It’s very suspicious, I tried contacting them through email provided no response received. They have obviously my card info my home address name phone number email as it requested all this to make the order.

The experience was a virtual scam. You are assigned a tracking number Global Logistics Track 718 showing the route taken. Never arrived, saw tracking report saying I received it and signed for it. Of course I emailed them. Response was sorry for inconvenience and will send again with better company. Advertised buy two wall hidden shoe cabinets get third one free and free shipping saw on FaceBook Happened in April 2023.
