I purchased phone cases from this company online and the order never shipped. I contact them on social media and it looks like many others have paid for an order that they never received and never received refunds or a response from the company.

On November 24, I ordered a Dallas Cowboys CeeDee Lamb jersey and they sent the wrong style. This is the receipt I received from them via email:

Order Amount: 56.64 USD

Payment Time: 2023-11-25 02:32:10

As you can see, I clearly ordered the “Legend” style jersey, but they send the “Alternate” style jersey. I reached out to them and asked that they please send the correct jersey, ASAP, as it is a Christmas gift. I also said I would be happy to return the wrong one. This was their reply:

"Dear customer, due to the relatively high freight price and long transportation time, the goods may not be delivered before Christmas. We will apply for a refund of 20 dollars for you. The goods do not need to be returned, but you will handle them, is that acceptable?"

I don't even know what that means. What does "I will handle them mean?" I then replied and asked whether or not they are going to send the correct jersey, because they never answered the question. This was their reply"

"Please provide your order number. Let me check."

I had already provided them with the order number in my first e-mail, and so at that point, I felt they were just giving me the runaround. I e-mailed them again more than 20 times, several times a day - and provided them with all of the info they would need to look up the transaction - but they did not reply. I told them if they did not get back to me by December 16 at 12 noon EST, I would escalate the case with PayPal and report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.

I was scammed by Imani B Hayes of Philadelphia. She owns a runs a loc extension company known as “LocsandLashess” .

I ordered locs from her on October 27,2023 in the amount of $310.00. Her site stated production time is 15-30 days. I wait patiently for her to send updates on my order , never got them.

I contact her on multiple occasions where I got no response, until I commented publicly on her instagram business page.

I asked for a refund , she told me I would not be getting a refund that I will receive my loc the following weekend. It has since been three weeks. She has scammed me , blocked me from contacting her and I am taking matters into my own hands to get this resolved. It is unacceptable and unprofessional as a business owner to treat her customers like this. I have evidence of my claims. I hope this reaches the right person , thank you .

I placed an online order from Jonissi on 11/23/23 for 3 sets of personalized makeup brushes and paid in full$47.35… after waiting a few weeks I inquired about my order to [email protected] twice and got a lame response that they were behind due to holiday and shipping internationally???When I looked at the shipping status ( which has not moved) it says destination is “ unknown “

I researched Jonissi a bit further on Facebook and all the comments have “ been hidden” I sense several red flags and would love to get my money back but am losing hope… I pray this company doesn’t turn out to be a scam and several innocent victims have been taken

Ordered a 3.1 Cubic feet Mini Refridgerator freezer, and correspondence says it was shipped on November 29 and delivered on December 14th, however no delivery was attempted.

THIS WEBSITE WWW.FITNESSNEEDSTORE.COM TOOK MONEY THROUGH PAY PAL AND THE MONEY WENT TO MORTGAGE INVESTOR GROUP KNOXVILLE(PARKSIDE/WEST) AND THE BUSINESS CLAIMS ITS ADDRESS ON THE SITE OF 875 SAINT JAMES DR IN HARRISBURG, PA 17101 AND THAT ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS SITE OTHER THAN A LINK ON THE SITE WHICH GOES NO WHERE.

We ordered the chairs and waited for them to arrive. When they didn’t , I contacted through email and said shipment is late due to storm. Waited. Contacted again and was told it was delivered, someone must have taken it. I told them with cameras that did not happen. Contacted again and was told there was an accident and the whole shipment was wrecked. I wanted a refund. Was told they would refund 50%. I told them either I get the chairs or a full refund. Then it went to 60% refund and 80% refund. All this time, they would not give me a tracking number . This took place from September 21,2023 to October 31, 2023. I did not hear anymore from them. When I tried to contact them, it said no such email address. Yesterday I happened to try the email again and it worked! The only response I received was just like the first time I contacted them. Otherwise nothing.

I sent them an email and explained to them that I did not receive my package after it said on shop pay that I did receive the package. We went back and forth in a couple of emails and they stated they were going to send me out another package. I went on shop pay and the old picture is gone from where they said they delivered it. I don’t have a package or my money. I told them in my email I was a disabled retired veteran and I was going to report them to the BBB. That’s when they said they were going to send me another package a couple of weeks ago. I ordered this package October 12, 2023.

I ordered a silent basketball gift from the scammer's website for my son. It was ordered on 11/21 and never came. The person I've been dealing with has been awful. He sent a "tracking number," and it basically tells me nothing except that it hasn't arrived. I emailed Zac Gaulke (real name? I'm not sure), and he stated it has been "sent," so there is no money back. I've come to believe the website itself is a scam. I don't want other parents to fall for this scam and lose money over the holidays.

I am dealing with the same issue. I received a tracking number for a purchase made on 11/28, but the item hasn’t left the original location of Jamaica, NY. Same email for Zac Gaulke listed as the contact.

I placed the order on July 7th 2023 and items never arrived! After emailing them for MONTHS they claim it was delivered. I have a RING camera out front and looked up the day and time they gave me but NO delivery was made. They apologized and said we will ship it again, however that order never arrived! They never advertised a phone number and when I tried to go back to the website it said, " SORRY,THE SHOP YOU ARE LOOKING IS CLOSED RIGHT NOW, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

Ordered and paid for 2 scooters and received nothing. Tried emailing them, was a fake email. Their advertisement was on both Facebook and Instagram. It's horrible how they target those with mobility issues or the elderly. Now going to call my credit card company. So discouraging.

I ordered a bike. They never shipped it when I attempted to contact them looking for updated shipping they broke into my PayPal attempted to change my password and attempted to pull another$2500 and then another $1000

I was searching online for an Adidas Sweatsuit. Alco Fashion advertised a variety of Adidas products on their website. I used my credit card to make an online purchase on 11/27/23. I was emailed a receipt, which indicated the delivery could be tracked. When I attempted to track it, I kept being sent back to the same page with no information about delivery. I called the phone number listed and was unable to speak with a representative. I did email them a request for an immediate refund, and I contacted my bank. I have not received the merchandise.

Tried to purchase a pop up canopy and made me make a purchase two more time and all say pending. I only tried to purchase 1 so now waiting for CC statement. I tried to call the help number which was out of service. Also I looked up the address to find out it was a residential area.

On November 12, 2023, I bought honey through Google and searched for this website. This is an ultra-low price limited time offer. After I placed the order, I was automatically deducted twice in a row (I have never encountered this situation before, and I don’t know what automatic deductions are). One was on November 12th, and the other was November 13th. But this is an order. More than ten days later, I did not receive the goods. After placing the order and paying, I did not receive any news that the order was successful (but the payment was deducted), nor did I receive any shipping information. The customer service ([email protected]) cannot be contacted. This customer service email cannot receive emails sent by Google Mail. I sent an inquiry to the payment email address ([email protected]), but there was no reply. When I complained to PayPal, they gave me the tracking information for the two waybills, but they didn't arrive at my home, just a post office box in the same area code. PayPal was deceived into thinking I received the goods and ended the complaint. I went to the post office to ask, but there was nothing. The money being defrauded is not much, but the scammer should be exposed to prevent others from being deceived again. It has not been verified by reportfraud.ftc.gov, so this is a real scam website, defrauding online shopping!

The company markets on instagram and then doesn’t fulfill the orders. Multiple people have complained in the comments that they never received their products and the company just deletes the associated posts.
