Their ad states Buy 1 get 1 Free Bras they don't mention where it will be coming from, there's no phone number for customer service only this email [ [email protected]] they don't get back to right away and if the do they direct you to a non- exciting page where supposedly you have so many choices to complain about but nothing gets resolved and then they had the audacity to tell me , how I should gift the bras to someone else because they are of good quality. I wanted a return label to send the (2) Bras back and 25 emails back and forth talking to myself. They over charged my card and no way to send it back before my 30days is up in order to get my money back. I ordered on the 9/13/23. I received on 9/27/23. I tired to report to the ScamPulse.com but it could not go through. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!! IT'S A SCAM!!

Here is the only thing they provided me with which is a number for my account I suppose it is: *******. Evidently I was speaking with a telemarketer as I can hear a room full of people in the background making phone calls. As stated I was refused any further information, and I told me that they already put through the amount. I contacted my bank and have to wait two day to see if the amount cleared or not. Then go through the hassle of changing my card, causing me numerous problems as I have to change my information now on everything I use my card with. These people are scammers. They offered a free trial product which I received and they said pay for shipping only.
This company is not a beauty company, it's a keto company and they operate through facebook. There is no website address for them, and when I called, they refused to give me one. SCAM.
They had the audacity to tell me I didn't read the ad properly.
Please look into this. They have basically ruined Angelina Jolie's product now, as I will never purchase it after this experience. Why on Earth would she go through a keto company for a face product? This is very upsetting please take care of this problem thank you. I cannot provide you with any photos of anything because that would be personally identifiable info.

My item was delivered per their tracking information, but to a different state. It said it was ready for me to pick up. I contacted them asking for them to help me correct this issue and what steps I needed to take, etc. She promptly replied and said that she would initiate a missing mail request, as well as alert the warehouse to rush my “new” shipment. I asked for a tracking number about 10 separate emails and was told to keep patiently waiting. I knew I wasn’t going to get anything in the mail or my money back after I kindly asked for a refund and who to contact for one. My requests for a refund were ignored and dismissed 6 separate occasions. In my first email, I provided “Mila” with my order information, the direct link I ordered from, and screenshots of my shipping address/confirmation/tracking number/total etc. to provide any information that is usually requested from me, when inquiring about an online purchase. I went back and clicked the link to my order page, only to see that I’ve now been blocked from accessing the site due to it not being secure and that my personal and credit card information are at risk if I continue. No cup, no money, a lot of time wasted…. but, lesson learned. Do not order from www.Stanleyfr.com or https://hugobossus.com/collections/hot-sale
