I received items that were NOTHING like what was advertised. The reviews are clearly being manipulated because no one in their right mind would write some of things said about these items. It’s not even just a quality issue, it’s just not the same thing as what they show. Then, when you try to return, they tell you that they don’t provide shipping labels and it would be too expensive to ship it back and would take too long. Their return policy on the website says 30 or your money back guaranteed. I do believe it says they don’t provide shipping labels but they don’t say where they are shipping from or that it will cost more to return than what you actually spent.

I responded to an ad for White Mountain puzzles at a very low price. I ordered several puzzles totaling $67.86. On November fifth, the amount was deducted from my account under newinyee.com incorporated. And I have yet to receive anything..

Nov 7th: Ordered a dog drying rob I saw from an Instagram ad @roobzeofficial. It was advertised that the rob was free, if you paid for shipping, which was $10 per order. When I first made the order I made a mistake on the quantity and entering in my address. I immediately contacted support at [email protected] to make them aware of the mistakes. Someone immediately emailed me back to say, because of their standard quick order turn around and shipping, they would not be able to reduce the quantity of my order, however they were able to change the shipping address.

About three weeks passed and I did not receive my order. I contatcted support to see when my order would be shipped, especially since they told me that they could not change the quantity mistake I made. They sent me back an email, saying that the order shipped and gave me a tracking order from the website track718.us. The website never loads. I've contacted them over ten times again via email, and now there is abosolutely no response. Looking at their Instagram posts, there are people who post that they are scammers, however for some reason, Instagram hides these posts, so they are not evident when you read the comments initially.

My credit card was charged $20. The only location information I have for them from my credit card is Roobze Neward DE www.roobze.co de.

The adds they have on Instagram, Facebook and their website seem very official, so it's was very misleading and gives you the impression they are legitimate. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR.

They were selling a metal deer sign that could be personalized that holds a bow. They took my money and sent me an email with a tracking number and all it says is that a label was made in Jamaica, new york 11430 on nov. 19th. And when I tried to send their customer service an email it came back as that the email address was invalid and I tried to look on Facebook and its invalid there too now. Just so you know I tried to upload screen shots and it wouldn't let me continue.

I did a survey to win a kitchen pot set where all I had to do was pay for shipping and then I called to tell them to cancel 2 minutes later when I looked at my account there was a charge for $9.95 plus $119.95 for ZEN BODY ELITE I got an email saying it was canceled but I'm being charged anyway

I ordered a mobility scooter and cordless vacuum cleaner from WELLDIK INC. I received Receipt #1253-4014 for the US$82.38 I paid on 17th November, 2023 but nothing further. All emailed attempts to contact their website or their support address have been returned as MAILER DAEMONS.
My browser security usually denies me access to fraudulent or suspect websites but this one got under the radar. Nothing showed up during my usual 'scam search reports' either but I have obviously been scammed.

I am waiting on a scooter from Welldik. I received receipt # 1185-4895, but I haven't received my order and all my attempts to contact them have been returned undeliverable.

purchased what I thought was a Carhartt jacket off of a FB ad. When the coat came, it was way too small and it was an obvious fake Carhartt. I emailed them and they would reply with vague answer and ask me to send them pictures of the jacket. After serval days of back and forth they finally said that since they were based in China, that the return shipping would be too expensive and that I should just keep the item and they could offer me a 15% refund. I told them no and that I would report the transaction to my bank.

I clicked on an advertisement on Instagram that featured Trisha Yearwood and stated that due to some kind of error, they couldn't sell these Le Creuset cookware sets so they're sending them free if you just pay shipping! I paid $9.95 using my debit card and then did not receive any kind of confirmation email or anything. I called the phone number listed on the charge from my bank and got a representative who was insistent that what I paid for was "a chance to win." I explained to him there was nothing in the advertisement indicating that. He offered to give me 75% off future charges. I told him I didn't want to incur any further charges at all from them, so he agreed to "cancel the account" and refund my $9.95. I'm still waiting to see if that happens or not, but I was very disturbed to learn that they intended to continue charging me. At the very least, this is a case of false advertisement, but seems to be some kind of subscription scam. The advertisement indicates its from Le Creuset Cookware, but the charge on my card shows it's from GREATULTIMATEPETSTORES, and I can't seem to find any legitimate company with that information.

I placed an order through Halara. The carrier is listed as Speedx. While every other delivery service has no problem, Speedx claims my address is invalid and undeliverable. Package is being returned to facility. What facility? They are blatantly stealing packages.

I ordered a photo booth through Facebook late October 2023 and never received. I began contacting them and was advised it was delivered around November 13 which was not true. Rep Cassie then offered 30%, then 40%, then a 50% refund and I refused because I knew the item was never shipped. Once I told her I was being scammed she then emailed that item failed to be delivered to me but they were refunding all of my money. A SCAM!

They advertised hummingbird ornament and I ordered 5 of them. I saw on Jim Shore site they were reported as scam. I immediately emailed them wanting tracking number for my purchase. They did give me tracking number AT118912399CN and a link https://www.track718.com/en to track my package. I did see it progressing towards delivery but when it stated it was delivered and I didnt have it I emailed them again stating I had not received it. They told me USPS delivered it and I would have to contact them. They could not provide me with the exact address that it was delivered to only city and state. I did call local post office who states it is not a valid tracking number.

I ordered a 4-1 mobility walker that they advertised. I never received the product. I got an e-mail from them saying my product was at the post office for me to pick up. I called the post office and they said that they didn't have anything there for me to pick up. I emailed the company and they said I needed to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and never received the product nor was anything at the post office so I emailed them again and asked that my money be refunded since I never got the product. I received an answer that they would have to contact the post office and that would take time. I should be patient. Reading reviews the same thing has happened to other people and they too are unable to get a refund.

Saw an Ad on TikTok Shop from "CozyMocs" about their platform slippers for $4.00, I bought 2 on November 10th 2023, a week went by and I never received a tracking number for either of the shoes. On November 22nd I emailed them stating I haven't received any form of communication form them about my package, I received an email this morning November 28th at 8:16am from someone of the name of "Rachel Peake" Head of customer care from "Sparenza", that stated they will check details of my order with their fulfilment team. I went to google the company name "Sparenza" it doesn't exist, and neither does CozyMocs, I'm not sure if they took the website down but there is nothing there when I check. When they did have their website up the reviews were all the same people just different names. I don't care about the $8.00 but just to warn people of this scam and not to buy from a company called "CozyMocs" or "Sparenza" they aren't real.

I ordered off an ad on facebook. They were offering free 30-day trial for face cream and pay only for shipping. My emailed receipt shows $6.95. I received the product yesterday and noticed an additional withdrawal of $129.95. I called the 888 # and spoke to Mark Lopez. He said there is no way to get my money back and there was no way to return the package. He also said I didn't read the fine print. There was no fine print. Basically I lost $129.95 and won't get it back.

Sports suprise box advertised, claimed to be authenticate, plenty of positive reviews. Once recived, it was nothing like the ad. They sent a plastic card with a soccor ball on it, a few socor tattoos and a sweatshirt that was made by print press. I tried to contact them to return, the replied only to tell me tracking and when I try to go back to the store the website now shows store closed.

Ordered an NFL Jersey Attempted to cancel order in the same hour order was not cancelled Company sent information to bank to get money then continued to contact me but refused to cancel Person who contacted me was called Dana Other people who ordered from this site states they were scammed never received the products ordered and contacted banks to dispute purchase which I also did
