I went to another site to locate a Hot Rod car, 1932 Ford 3 Window Coupe Light Blue strong 324 Oldsmobile small block V8 $15,800, that site brought me to their site as the seller of the car. They wanted me to send them only a wire transfer to their site. I told them I wanted to go to Philly to see the car in person, they said I could but it they would not be able to meet me until 12/20 or 12/21/23. I setup 12/21/23 as the meeting date, but they never gave me an address to the "warehouse" where the car was supposably kept at. I sent several emails, and they keep trying to get me to send the money and with a guaranteed 10 day look at the car, but only after the money was wired to them first. Their site still was up and running until this week and now you cannot send the emails or get to the site, everything comes back as non-deliverable.

I purchased sneakers on this website back in August 2023. The company took my payment (via credit card) but I never received my purchase. I tried numerous times to get in touch with the company but to no avail.

Purchased a pair of shoes off Dance gaga website. The shoes they sent were not as pictured. They sent a different pair. They admitted it was the wrong pair, but would not reimburse me. They offered only to reimburse 30%. And I keep the ugly shoes. They sent me the wrong product. They should send me a shipping label and send the right product or reimburse me for the product. They did neither. They offered only a 50%coupon or 30% back. Beware if you get the wrong product you are stuck with it.

Product was a Size Large Nativity (??2023-Christmas Hot Sale??)?? 49% OFF ??Jesus Nativity Scene Sign) on Facebook. Website offers a 7-day quality guarantee on all products. Photos of the product misleading - lead one to believe the product is larger than it actually is. When I tried to return, I was given an obscure address in Vietnam like one mentioned in another Scam entry on here. R2A Royal city, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam

Received wrong color and size...style not as shown on web site.....questionable quality...not even sure this is an actual Carhartt. Despite their posted return policy, they have been unwilling to honr a full refund and they pay shipping since it was their error. They have gone from 10% to 15% to 20% but I pay shipping.

I did an internet search for Taylor Swift merchandise and one of the top search results was for the website for which I am filing a complaint. The site looked like a legitimate business, purporting as Taylor Swift's official website to buy her merchandise. I purchased her tour clothing for Christm[censored]iday thinking that it would ship in a couple days. I followed up with the company's service email address and the email bounced back. I searched on the website for a phone number or other means of communication but did not find one.

I ordered several Jim Shore items from the site as they declared they were going out of business and all items were 50 to 75 percent off. I ordered the items and they took the payment and sent me invoice numbers. Several weeks later I contacted them asking when it would be shipped and got a bogus tracking number. I continued to email them continually and received responses telling me it was out for delivery or shipped out. I demanded my money back several times and got no response. I reported them to my bank and am currently attempting to receive my money back.

I ordered products from their website and according to the tracking page. They were delivered but they were not. I contacted the company numerous times to find out where my products were.

And they assured me that they were delivered. I asked several times for the company that delivered the package so I could contact them and file a complaint to get my money back and they would not give me the information. They kept saying we're so sorry it says it was delivered. We're not sure what happened. Then when I threatened to blast them on social media, contact my bank and report them to the FTC and bbb their story changed and they claimed ,so sorry your package was unable to be delivered. I'm still waiting for a refund.

The scammer used Elon Musk name. My card was used immediately but the product did not arrive until Saturday, December 16, 2023. When I opened the box I knew it was not the product I ordered. I should have checked it out and now I know all the ads for cutting your electric bills are a Scam. I thought it was a product of Elon Musk and I trusted him to be honest. Scammers are using famous names to rob you.

Last year I found a doll for my new grandaughter and ordered it ... months went by and I never received it. No response from seller, no return of money. I purchased again thinking maybe lost but never got it again, no money return, no response to attempted contact.

There are no place to add stars or a review and now they are on amazon with this fake new website noted here previously to you on this claim. The Vogue Gadget is likely also a fraud or they are running the doll through them but i feel badly that mothers will bbuy this and it wont show up for Christmas and it will never show up.

I ordered sweatsuits for my son. The website bragged about a good sale. I looked thru the website and it looks official. I lost $39.55 and there were no suspicious charges on the card used. They took the $39 and never sent the products. When I emailed the company I never received a response and there was no undeliverable email sent to me.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a Taylor Swift 2024 calendar. I clicked through to the website and ordered one for my niece as a Christmas gift, using my personal credit card. I never received the calendar and all questions/complaints to email address provided have not been returned. A quick google search found that there are other reports of this website as being fraudulent.

Bought jeweler here on October 2nd for $75.86. Then the following month, I got a charge for $22.95. Called my credit card company about it but didn't think much of it until it happened again the following month. I never signed up for a subscription so I filed a claim of fraudulent purchases with my credit card company. I made a one-time purchase and that should have been the end of it. Reached out to Aspen Jewelers via phone (267) 642-3122 and reached out via their Contact Us on their website. Never got a response but my credit card company redeemed the fraudulent purchases and blocked any further charges from this company. Stay away!
