I purchased the product on the website and received a text on October 7th with tracking information for my order. It's now January 31st and I have not received the order. The phone number they provided is always busy but they did respond to emails but provided no information. I also called the phone number (325-238-5056) associated with my credit card charge and they asked for some information to see if they can find the charge. The name they go by is POLLINGPUL*ECOMMERCE. That phone number is always busy now.

I clicked on an Instagram Ad that looked like Fashion Nova. My bank attempted to alert me that the site was not verified but I did not initially see the attempt. I completed the transaction and then saw the alert so, I called my bank and was told that the page was questionable so, I cancelled my card and emailed the company to attempt to cancel the order. That was 12/24/23. Today on 1/30/24, I received delivery of a moissanite ring, which I did not order. I searched for the address online and was led to this page/scam report. The company that mailed the ring is listed as XBR at 3022 NE Cornelius Pass Rd, Hillsboro OR 97124

doing a birthday party for my son and I needed game truck and other things. He asked for money upfront through Zelle for booking purposes. Initial booking was for $400.00 and I added and item and he charge $300.00. I asked to meet him because I didn't want to pay anymore, and I wanted to see the options for the items he had for the party. (i.e. boxing ring, Laser tag) I also wanted to meet him just to make sure he was real. The scammer (Daryel Peden) was evasive and continue to make excuses on why he couldn't meet me. At the end he transferred me to an insurance dude and that's when I had the feeling i was being scammed. I found this company on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/Inflatablepartyrentals2. It seems like everything here looks legit but I'm really not sure if it is. I'm available to speak with anyone that has any questions. The reality of the matter is that the party is not until 3 Feb and I'm hopeful I'm wrong, but I haven't heard from them at all since I told them on 1/29/2024 that I would not pay anything else until I meet the manager or a representative of the company in person. I needed to verify they were a real company.

He runs a clothing brand called yorisport on social media with a following of 12,000 followers. Once ordered, you do not ever receive an email with any information. Many people have commented and emailed and got no response as you can see upon checking Instagram comments. He does not answer. He claimed to ship on Monday, when Monday came there was no answer or any information indicating orders were shipped out. Other customers have yet to receive orders and have been waiting up to 9 months.

This site sells counterfeit software, installs viruses, and then tries to follow up with ransomware or refund scams.

My mother unfortunately fell for this scam, and lost $2600. She discovered their site on Google looking for AutoCad software, they are one of the top 10 results.

My guess is they are based in India, but claim to be based in LA.

This information is very useful. They attempted to scam my husband by selling him a 2017 AutoCAD for a lifetime license at a fee of $4,300 with a discount of more than 80% to the final price of $799. I thought it was too good to be true. Thank you.

I saw a well-designed ad for ammunition that seem like a bargain and made a purchase for $53 over a week ago. I still have not received a confirmation email, but my credit card was charged. I then looked up the company posted on my credit card statement of “Rikim”. I did a little research and found I wasn’t the only one this had happened to.

There was an AD on Instagram with the famous Glitz and Glam Makeup brushes that directed me to the site " beautikolor". Once i went to the page i read the legal notices and everything seemed legit. I placed an order of three brush sets and gave them like 4 days before contacting them. They never did! So i emailed them and i got a message that the email doesn't exist. I also selected contact us on my mobile phone and it directed my email to "[email protected]" and of course they never replied either. After a few days i froze my debit card so i can see if they actually try to scam me for more and they did ! they tried to make a purchase from a UK site. Luckily my card was frozen but i contacted my bank immediately. They had a contact us area that reflected an address in California and the customer service number doesn't work. I reported it to Instagram but they still have the page up. i also reported the website numerous times and it is still up. Now the site has a different address which is reflecting in "Delaware" They actually added "new items" and i want to expose them as they clearly have no regards for anyone and they wont stop!

Ordered advent calendar 11/2/23. Never received. Tracking information was “error” and when contacted offered partial refund. Stated “confirmation of delivery”. Will not provide me with that information

The website below is not a real company and scammed me. The tracking information is fake . When you click the logo on the tracking site, it comes up as not real ( https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=AM245283792CN&sp_source=shopline&...⇄ Then the tracking number info shows up as completely blank. The email address is a personal email address and there are promotional videos being floated around on Instagram under another name. There are two different addresses on the site. One points to hong kong ( UNIT 89,3/F,YAU LEE CENTRENO.45,HOI YUEN ROAD,KWUNTONG,KL) and one points to another company upstate NY called Gordon's Companies Inc. I have contacted the email ([email protected]) on site and have not received a response yet.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from HiSneaker on 12/13/23 and received a confirmation email with an order number indicating that my order would be processed and shipped in one or two days. I have contacted them twice concerning the order and requesting a reimbursement but have received no follow-up.

I ordered 2 bottles of the Shilajit resin from the website mystic shilajit with my wifes credit card for 62.77 and everything went well couple weeks went by and the sent me an email with my tracking number and few day later i finally recieved my package opened it up and the package or bottles had lables or instructions on them so i emailed them at the email they had on the site costumer srevice email and told them my bottles did not have lables or instructions on them and they wmailed me back apologized for my concer that the manufacturer was behind and they wanted to ship it out as soon as possible to me next day i emailed back asked for a return address to ship the product back and get my refund cause i wasnt comfortable taking something that didnt have a lable again they emailed me back assuring me it was real and sorry for my concer and frustration but refused to give me return address next day i emailed back asking again for a return address and my refund they told me same thing again and refused to give me return address or a refund so next day i emailed them again refused to email me back and refused to email me back for a day or so so finally i emailed them told them i was reporting the. So im reporting them to you

Stanley said to complete my order i had to PayPal them friends and family. As soon as i did that paypal showed not a valid email address ([email protected]) i tried again and it sent. Only for some reason it sent 2 times. They immediately confirmed they got payment and my order was good , id have a tracking number within 2-3 hours. Never got 1. I asked about refunding the double payment of 210 and was told when offices opened tomorrow. Now they answer no email, call, etc. I even tried asking questions from a different email.

I ordered two STUN PENS and received two BBQ LIGHTERS. I've tried to call the company and email them. They hang up on me constantly. If they answer they listen then cut me off and hang up.

I've received and messaged someone named Jessica. She offered me $8.31. I told her that was not acceptable that I wanted the STUN PENS or the full amount owed to me. The number I called is in New Jersey. 8186309369. I've tried to get this matter resolved to no avail. I don't want anyone else to get scammed. The company name is MAMOBY . I can't find the original site anymore, I ordered from. Jessica asked for pictures of the item I received and the label. But they won't reimburse me or send out the correct item.

$41.47 is what I paid them.
