They advertised hummingbird ornament and I ordered 5 of them. I saw on Jim Shore site they were reported as scam. I immediately emailed them wanting tracking number for my purchase. They did give me tracking number AT118912399CN and a link https://www.track718.com/en to track my package. I did see it progressing towards delivery but when it stated it was delivered and I didnt have it I emailed them again stating I had not received it. They told me USPS delivered it and I would have to contact them. They could not provide me with the exact address that it was delivered to only city and state. I did call local post office who states it is not a valid tracking number.

I ordered a 4-1 mobility walker that they advertised. I never received the product. I got an e-mail from them saying my product was at the post office for me to pick up. I called the post office and they said that they didn't have anything there for me to pick up. I emailed the company and they said I needed to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and never received the product nor was anything at the post office so I emailed them again and asked that my money be refunded since I never got the product. I received an answer that they would have to contact the post office and that would take time. I should be patient. Reading reviews the same thing has happened to other people and they too are unable to get a refund.

Saw an Ad on TikTok Shop from "CozyMocs" about their platform slippers for $4.00, I bought 2 on November 10th 2023, a week went by and I never received a tracking number for either of the shoes. On November 22nd I emailed them stating I haven't received any form of communication form them about my package, I received an email this morning November 28th at 8:16am from someone of the name of "Rachel Peake" Head of customer care from "Sparenza", that stated they will check details of my order with their fulfilment team. I went to google the company name "Sparenza" it doesn't exist, and neither does CozyMocs, I'm not sure if they took the website down but there is nothing there when I check. When they did have their website up the reviews were all the same people just different names. I don't care about the $8.00 but just to warn people of this scam and not to buy from a company called "CozyMocs" or "Sparenza" they aren't real.

I ordered off an ad on facebook. They were offering free 30-day trial for face cream and pay only for shipping. My emailed receipt shows $6.95. I received the product yesterday and noticed an additional withdrawal of $129.95. I called the 888 # and spoke to Mark Lopez. He said there is no way to get my money back and there was no way to return the package. He also said I didn't read the fine print. There was no fine print. Basically I lost $129.95 and won't get it back.

Sports suprise box advertised, claimed to be authenticate, plenty of positive reviews. Once recived, it was nothing like the ad. They sent a plastic card with a soccor ball on it, a few socor tattoos and a sweatshirt that was made by print press. I tried to contact them to return, the replied only to tell me tracking and when I try to go back to the store the website now shows store closed.

Ordered an NFL Jersey Attempted to cancel order in the same hour order was not cancelled Company sent information to bank to get money then continued to contact me but refused to cancel Person who contacted me was called Dana Other people who ordered from this site states they were scammed never received the products ordered and contacted banks to dispute purchase which I also did

Caller to ScamPulse.com public info line says he found listing for a vintage VW on cars.trovit.com, priced at $14,500 -- says this was considerably lower than he might've expected for that vehicle. Communicated via e-mail with the seller / platform, who referred him to a shipping and escrow site for payment -- https://eraconsignprocess.com. Site provided him with wire transfer info to send money. Claimed all vehicles are stored and shipped out of Philadelphia area. ScamPulse.com determined that consignment website was just created mid-September, and there does not appear to be an 'ERA Consign Process' registered as a business in PA. ScamPulse.com staff advised caller not to send money, or move forward with purchase.

My order was doubled for me from 2 to 4 pillows. Does anyone try 4 pillows? No way to modify an order before placing on your website it is a dishonest business practice; especially when I was told on the phone 2 pillows will be removed after telling "the warehouse" and $60 will refund back to me! I will not attempt to mail back the extra 2 pillows hoping for a refund; nor do I want to try making additional orders from Durila, but I will start warning others about your website and "team", and also contact the BBB. All I receive are form letters from "Marjorie B." with an apology and invitations to order other Durila products With regrets* ***

On October 26, 2023, I went online to purchase a Marcus Smart Celtics jersey. The best price was provided by a company called Sportsgear, and I clicked on that. The site appeared to legitimate, and I provided my credit card information and delivery address. I received confirmation of my order that promised delivery within 9–15 business days. I was hoping to receive the product in time for a November 13 birthday. By November 15, I still had not received the product nor any notice of impending delivery. So that day I emailed the customer service address provided to inquire about the delayed delivery. I received what appears to be a standard notice repeating that delivery takes place within 9–15 days of the order. They also provided alleged tracking information which showed that the product was still in China. It is now November 26, and I have not received the product nor any update about delivery. I fear this may be a scam or at the very least an extremely incompetent retailer. If there is anything you can do to help resolve this problem, I would be grateful. At the very least, potential customers should be warned before ordering anything from Sportsgear.
