I ordered sneakers, from a website called hisneaker.shop - they gave me this Order #75732, my order was placed on 2024-02-02 and they keep saying its currently Processing. They charged me and I paid for it with my credit card, $99.80, they don't have a phone. I emailed them several times; they scammed me for a pair of sneakers. They refuse to get back to me, I have a copy of the invoice, a copy of my credit card bill showing the charge. on the website it says contact us, i tried several times and nothing, they don't write back at all. Also, they are located about 20 mins away from me. The phone number i entered is mine, ** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ***** ** ******************. Can you please get back to me, I am in dire Straits.

thank you. **** ********

I ordered online a pair of Saucony Grid Marauder 3 shoes from runningsaucony.com on 12/21/2023. The posted date on my **** ** ******* ********** was on 12/22/2023 in the amount of $31.15 through wallet.** ****** SMR (Reference #****). To this day, I haven't heard or received anything from this company about my shoes. Or has my credit card been credited back that amount. I've reached out to them through email but haven't received any response.

I ordered an ornament organizer on 12/27, after receiving a link to a Facebook ad from my sister. The tracking information showed (on their website) that the package was handed off to a courier on 12/30. On 1/4, I received an email with them noting the high number of orders and that tracking information (from the courier service) would be provided in 3 days. On 1/15 I received a tracking number and link that matched the website (handed off 12/30; no further information). However, the information was for an address in AZ and I live in VA. After emailing back and forth, I was told that my order had been delivered to the address in AZ. I let them know of this mistake and provided copies of my order with address on 2/2. On 2/3, they emailed saying that the address was fixed and they were resending the product. After receiving nothing, I emailed on 2/12 demanding a refund, to which they responded on 2/13 that it was on the way and that there would be no change to the tracking number (which still shows the AZ address). On 2/26 I demanded a refund again and am awaiting response.

I am submitting this because, since my pre-order web search didn't show fraud risk, and webpage has a "Google Trusted Store" badge. I've since learned that the two emails from with this page ([email protected] which was changed to [email protected]) are associated with several fraudulent websites. The "About Us" and various policy pages look like templates.

I found the Tumbler Gear website through a seller on Facebook Marketplace ("Ty Bry") who was advertising a Stanley Tumbler. When I messaged the seller for more information, I was sent the link to the website and instructed to order through there. I placed an order on 2/17. Immediately I received an order confirmation. However, on 2/22 I still had not heard any updates on my order, so I reached back out to the original seller on Marketplace. He instructed me to contact Tumbler Gear directly, so I did that. I never got a reply. I did get sent a tracking number on 2/24, but all it says is "USPS is awaiting the item" so there is zero proof that anything has been or will be shipped. The existence of a tracking number means nothing - it could easily be bogus. There are multiple reviews on the Tumbler Gear website of buyers saying they never received their orders and that the merchant would not respond to them. It is a scam. Since 2/24 I messaged the seller on Facebook 3 different times, he stopped responding and blocked me from seeing his profile or continuing to send messages. If he didn't have something to hide, he would not have blocked me.

There is no phone number or email address provided on the Tumbler Gear website. They have an online chat that no one actually responds to. I have had to file disputes with Affirm and American Express to try to get my money refunded.

As soon as they got my money from Paypal they changed the website name from Smoke-Way to Tobacconear. And the instructions for me to send the money on Paypal as "friends" this way I coudn't get my money back. I later found out that it is not secure to send it as friends. Their information on the website is all fake.

What I shared in local community group and facebook page:

Sharing to help others, sitting here red faced and frustrated as a somewhat intelligent member of society who juat got duped by this AI scam on Instagram.

* So Instagram had a ad earlier this week with a famous person ( Selenna Gomez) saying there were 3000 sets of Le Creuset kitchen pans with a minor defect to give away, we just had to pay for the $9.95 shipping.

* I signed up as I thought I could get these and give away ( local place that collects items for primarily refugees). I did think it was weird they did not email verification, but the $9.95 was deducted, so I was awaiting the pans.

* A few days after ordering, I saw another article about AI tricking people with giveaway scams but again, thought mine was ok since they had only deducted $9.95.

* This morning I awoke to a fraud alert from my bank, they thankfully detected the scam and stopped the transaction and will send me a new card. The same company had tried to deduct $179.

* Anyway, just FYI! Here is an article about the exact scam that I saw on Instagram. I am not sure which celebrity my ad was, I think there was someone else too. And finally, this seemed legit as there were comments from people saying they had received the pans.

* Be wise and careful! :)

I made a purchase online through PayPal. I Exchanged several emails with this scammer. Including reassurance that he wasn’t a scammer which should’ve been my first red flag, but I proceeded with my order. Needless to say money was taken from me and no product was received and now he will not reply to any emails either.. there is no telling how many people has scammed it needs to stop

On January 13, I was at JFK airport at NY Sports Bar. They had a Q-Coded Menu, so I used an app on my iPhone called Q-Code Reader. When I scanned the code, I was directed to a web page that asked me to enter my credit card number to pay for my order. I wasn't immediately suspicious because the last time I was in JFK at a different restaurant, this was exactly the process for ordering and paying for food. I entered my credit card number and immediately knew something was wrong because it directed me to a screen that asked me if I wanted to subscribe to a streaming service for $49.95. I exited the app and deleted it from my phone, believing that my app had somehow been hacked. I called Barclays, holder of my JetBlue card, and said that charge was fraudulent. They were able to remove it but for some reason d-bst.com was able to charge me again and this charge ended up on my card. I am now going through the dispute process with JetBlue - and they actually had a representative from d-bst.com on the phone who said they would not charge me for FUTURE months. I also canceled my credit card and got a replacement. d-bst.com's website just looks like a scam operation to me. It's not clear what they do (although looking them up on a "scam tracker" reveals that they are a talent management agency for the real estate sector), there's placeholder text on the website, and there is no address. They list their location as "Comprehensive Marketing Inc." I've not attempted to contact them by phone or live chat. I would rather not get further involved with their website.

They always put out that they’re going out of business or closing or changing the companies name to get people to buy more merchandise that they don’t even have. I ordered stuff back in March 2023 ALMOST A YEAR AGO!! Never received my stuff been fighting with them for almost a year. Eventually was blocked. They advertise these sales for stuff they don’t even have or they just don’t send it out. I hope no one else falls for their false advertising.

Horrible- item

Received was fake. Ask for a return label. Mailed it back, refused to refund me. Wouldn’t contact pay pal. Sent multiple emails, was promised refund multiple times, no refund. Contacting US bank to try to get my money as pay pal refuses to help because they are telling me the return label isn’t real.

- Desert Hot Springs, CA, USA

Ordered a piece of jewelry from this company in early December 2023. They send a set of cheap stickers ahead as a welcome gift from their office in San Diego,CA. Never received anything else for all of December. Found out after multiple emails to their support from “Sheen” that they had ‘lost’ my item and would resend a replacement. Late January they sent an email with tracking info that my item was out for delivery…in South Carolina. I live in California and promptly alerted them. Sheen responded via email that my package was already delivered to me.

Cut to the chase: this is a scam Chinese company that even goes so far as to use a fake tracking site to show items out for delivery. Luckily my credit union has replaced to money in my account. Be very wary of ordering anything through social media sites.

- Langhorne, PA, USA

I ordered an AI robot names Emo from their website on January 6th. When it didn’t arrive, I waited a reasonable amount of time considering it was coming from overseas, I began to worry it got lost. I followed the tracking link to discover the shipment was sent to Hawaii. I think they sent me the wrong link. I e-mailed them, they said they’d resend it, but refused to give me a new tracking link. It is almost two months and all I keep getting is excuses. Still no Emo. I have all e-mails saved, including the original tracking number. The problem on my end is I cannot find the order on any of my cards, so I can’t ask a bank to refund the purchase. :(

- Upper Marlboro, MD, USA

I saw this company on TikTok and thought I’d order these outfits. I ordered some items and they kept sending generic copy and pasted generic emails. Then they just stopped responding altogether. They won’t provide tracking information or let me know when I’d receive my items. I keep seeing other people having the same issue and this needs to be addressed. They are scamming people.

- Hanover, PA, USA

I order from this site on Dec 4 and never got my order or my money back. Everytime I text customer service they say it coming and than all of a sudden now they are saying they had to resend it but that way a month ago. I ask for my money back but they keep saying they can't give it back
