I was searching for Brooklinen bedding on Google and a counterfeit website showed up as the top result. The website used images of real Brooklinen products and sold them at similar prices to the real website. I didn't realize that the URL address was spelling wrong until after I had paid for my order. Once I realized I had ordered from a fraudulent website, I emailed and requested to cancel my order and receive a refund to my card. As soon as I sent my email, I received a "Your Order Has Shipped" email, and a so called customer service rep sent me an email telling me that it was too late to cancel and I would receive my order within a week. The email was riddled with spelling errors and was clearly not from a real customer service rep. It's been over a week and the tracking number does not link to any shipping companies and I have not received any items. I have since ordered from the real Brooklinen website and already received that package. I just want my $321 back!
