I received a package via USPS contains a Moissanite ring in a red box with a GRA Moissanite Report brochure & a GRA Warranty Card to use to register the ring. Both report & card had QR codes. I did not use them. I did send an email to [email protected] requesting info as to why I received this. I did not order it.

I received a package in the mail containing an item (Bluetooth ear buds with charging case).

I did NOT order this item! There is no packing slip or invoice (yet).

I will be returning this item. I googled the address and it's some warehouse.

There are other reports of people who have had the same experience.

the scary thing is my name is misspelled on the address label and the misspelling is only in my laptop.

I got a package from up Jane in garden City New York and it was a mask inside the package I do not know where it came from I never order it something's going on I do not remember maybe I ordered something online long time AG o but I sure didn't know that one mask

I received a package from "Jane" in Springfield Gardens, NY that I did not order. When I opened it, these items fell out that look like incense. The package has my correct name and address but I have no idea where this came from or why.

I received a ring, in my mailbox, that I did not order. There was no information included other than an alleged certificate of authenticity.

My elderly mother randomly received in the mail 2 bottles of "diet pills" - one was a pill and the other was a gummy. The name on the bottles said GoXtra Keto Diet Pills and ACV Gummies. Their was no paperwork with the package. The sender info. was: Trend 192-14 Northern BLVD #660 Flushing, NY 11358. My mother did not order these pills. We do not know how they had her name and mailing address. I looked up their phone number online (876-543-7654) and called it. It doesn't ring and pre-recorded message says "I'm sorry, but the person you called in unavailable" and it asks for the caller to leave a message after the tone.

Possible brushing scam. We did not recognize the package and therefore did not open it. After some searches online we see many are reporting some sort of scam. We are more concerned with how they have our name and address.

Received a random package from fake sender. Contained an over the shoulder bag with McDonald’s logo saying “I am on diet.” Also were two random plastic pins of cartoon animals.

Original shipping label is in Chinese, with UPS Mail label over it. On the Chinese label, another name of Wang Zetao listed.

Unsure how shipping information was acquired.

I received a package from a company called Joe Doe. I had never even heard of this company. It was addressed to me at my previous address. The contents of the package were 2 pairs of ladies footless leggings.

I just received the same thing also. The mailman came to my door with 2 packages, but he said that the person that sent it tried using the same USPS label on both. So he could only give me one package, and either send the other back, or I could go pick it up at the post office. I told him to send it back.

Jane (?) at this address, apparently a known scammer, has now sent two unidentifiable items through the mail. I don't know what they are and I didn't order them.

This is the second time this has happened to be over the time frame of a month, I’m being sent random packages mostly really light weight items (face mask, bikini, etc.) with no return slip or business attached. I was made aware that this is most likely a “brushing” scam and want these guys shut down please ! Thank you. The package also says it came from JANE.

We received the package we did not order the products (keto gummies and keto advanced weight loss and no sale slip. I called and the address is actually Fedex location, told me there are many as 40 calls per a day over this issue. They do not charge yet. I will close the account and open new one immediately.

We received an unsolicited package containing 3 men's shirts (all the same style but different sizes and fabrics). A few weeks ago we received an unsolicited harmonica. The packages are sent via USPS and we receive tracking notifications from USPS, but other than the mailing label on the package we have no other information and we have not been charged for the items.

Suspected beushing scam. Recieved package on 2/10/23 from Joe Doe in Jamaica, NY. Opened package and it was a headphones box (with no headphones inside). It was not an expected item. Suspect address used for brushing scam.
