Not 100% positive they are related, but that’s the only thing I’ve ordered recently and never received.

- Montgomery, TX, USA

On 5/21/23 I found the company's website "New Alfresco" (1076 Geraldine Lane, New York, NY 10007) looking for pots & planters for my nursery business. I selected 50 planters, item “Free Delivery Large Green Ribbed Bowl,” SKU #cheap 171, at $4.95 each.

During checkout, I was rerouted to another website for payment and the amount of the payment was changed to $64.80. Thereafter, I received a number of emails from what appears to be a Chinese company whose domains included "foruservice.com" and "easyservic.com" and "service-fshop.com". Emails came from "[email protected]", "[email protected]", "[email protected]" and "[email protected]". I was asked to verify my shipping address. The text in the emails was poorly translated English. All of this seemed very suspicious, so I watched charges to my credit card closely thereafter. A screenshot of the item ordered is attached.

On 5/25/23 a fraudulent charge was made on my credit card by "UV Residential" in Colorado (866-729-5327). I caught this quickly and was able to successfully dispute this charge, with Visa refunding the amount. I then canceled this card number. I am not sure if the two are linked, but the timing is suspiciously close.

On 6/14/23 I received a strange package in the mail. This small bubble mailer came from "Shipping Center, 55572 Silver Hill Rd, Bryan, TX 77807" and contained a fake "Cartier" ring in a red box. Pictures attached.

I contacted the company about the order on 6/21/23, having still not received the planters. I emailed "[email protected]" and was told that the small package delivered was my order. I replied with pictures of what I had ordered, versus what was delivered, expressing my disappointment at not receiving the planters needed for my business, along with my suspicions about the this transaction being fraudulent. I told the company I did not want this item and wanted to be refunded.

Here is their response: "Dear Customer Thank you for the photo, sorry to see this, we have a huge order volume, worried that the warehouse staff made a mistake. Sent you a ring worth $400 by mistake, From the photos you sent, it looks pretty good. You can try wearing it yourself or give it to your family or friends as a gift,or 30% refund please consider it. If any questions/issues, please let us know. Regards Support"

Having canceled the original card used for the transaction, I do not want to give this company any further credit card information for a refund, nor any further personal information. I'm not sure it's worth any expense to ship this ring back to where it came from.

I'm also not sure if "New Alresco" is actually a company, or is actually located at the address on the website in New York, NY. The shipped from address in Bryan, TX also appears to be a residential address on a dirt road. My feeling is that this is all a front for a fraudulent company. I'm not sure where else to turn to report this series of events. Thanks in advance for any help.

Received a small package through United States Postal Service. I do NOT know this person and i did NOT order the item im still looking into if they took any money from any of my accounts (this will take some time) .

I received an ugly scarf (pink horses) today from "Carrie Bonkiewicz." I did not order this trash and I too can connect it to a purchase of a beach chair. I ordered from FB. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.

On June 8, 2023, I responded to an add on Facebook. It was a Clearance Add from QVC for a Rocking Lawn Chair. The price of the item was $19.98 plus $9.99 shipping & handling for a total of $29.97. I made the purchase with my bank debit card and was issued a receipt! The scammer immediately withdrew the money from my account! On June 13, 2023, after never receiving a status email, I checked on the status of my purchase, and it indicated my status was "PENDING." So, I wrote an email to the email address associated with this online purchase and gave notice, if I didn't see movement within 7 days, I was going to initiate the refund process! A few days later, I checked the status, and it brought up some tracking outfit out of China, TRK718 <[email protected]> the only thing I words I could identify on the tracking page was New York, NY. So, I'm thinking Well at least there's movement! I checked again today, and it showed that it had arrived in Indiana, which is where I live! And then like magic, I got an email telling me that my package had been delivered today June 24, 2023. But what I received WAS NOT what I had ordered! It arrived in a USPS First Class PKG plastic 4 oz. shipping bag! I'm not really sure what it is! Some Black & Green cloth item!</[email protected]>

I ordered from a company named (obaspa). Several weeks have went by and I have received nothing in regards to the product shipping. Today I received a package in the mail in which I didn’t know who the sender was. I did open it. It was from a lady by the name of Carrie Bonkiewicz. I looked her name up and several ppl have complained about receiving similar items like what she sent me.

- Martinez, CA, USA

Received sunglasses in the mail and a note thanking me for my purchase (which I did not make).

- Juliaetta, ID, USA

There's a green backpack, with a black smiley face. Cheap construction. No note.

The label has my name written twice with NULL/NULL written under it.

It arrived the same day as a UPS delivery from Amazon.

I have no idea who this person might be or why they are sending me garbage.

I’m not sure if this is a scam. Similar to the other complaint, My mom received an unordered package delivered to her nursing home. It contained a blessing bell. No solicitation but odd not to include a note.

NY address is different than previous report.
