Through a social media add I purchased 4 retractable ratchet straps for $28 and then my card was instead charged $33. The item said it was coming from Ireland. Once I finally received the package it was only 1 strap that was not retractable. I contacted customer service and they told me that it would cost me a lot for the return shipping so they could offer a $4 refund. I found posts of other people having similar experiences.
