The company is a scam. Order in just and have never received my order and have emailed customer service numerous occasions and there have disappeared. So that’s £50 down the drain. I am not sure why Instagram show this. Will be taking it further with them.

The Facebook ad/page and website look very professional. They promote that it is a Canadian Company with the products being made in Canada. I ordered a silicon meal set and pacifier for my new grandbaby. I ordered on Oct 15th - payment was taken right away with a receipt saying that it would be shipped within 72 hours. I have not received anything and they continue to say that they are looking in to the shipping delay and are not able to refund my money. I have since looked on the Better Business Bureau of Canada scam page and many people have reported this company with a similar story of goods never received (always a shipper issue). Thank you for looking after consumers and continuing to post about companies such as this.

I purchased january 22 2023, i was not able to make an account but it should be emailed to the email address that i used because i saw them on instagram and to learn after buying that there are no contact numbers to dispute any concerns because the purchased went through and i did not received any email regarding the order number and transaction number. It is frustrating for this kind to thrive. This should be known to all mothers and people not to dealing with this bogus.

I just ordered January 22 2023 and i have never received any emails of confirmation like the order number because i have no idea why and now my card has been set to installement payment. How do we prevent this other mommies?

A company who claims to sell Canadian made products, I first noted this company popping up on social media back at the beginning of November. I had a baby shower for four coworkers that was about to happen and decided to order this stuff in order to just make the shopping experience easier. I thought to get all the presents at once. I had ordered it well in advance of probably the middle of November, baby shower was in December baby shower had since come and passed and I realize that I didn’t have my items yet so made contact with them. This was at the beginning of December and it was back-and-forth emails in regards to they were doing an investigation because the carrier company had lost my package and right from the beginning. I asked for a refund (they blatantly ignored my request) because I don’t have kids of my own and now that the party had passed, I don’t need the product anymore. I was given the runaround until finally they sent me an email on December 29 saying they had shipped my new product AFTER the email December 19 claiming they already sent out a replacement (10 days after the fact, they could have given me a refund in that time) I did open a claim through Paypal and then all of a sudden received a tracking number for the shipment. Something I had been asking for since day 1. Kicker is this Canadian made product is being shipped via YUN Express from Asia, which means this is not a Canadian made product. This company is lying to its customers. I still don’t have my order and it was originally ordered November 18th. This company needs to be held responsible for the shady practices that they are using towards their customers. I am

contemplating sending the owner/founder Bella an email calling them out for their horrible customer service and the fact they are lying about the production of their products. I will also scream for the rooftop for consumers to stay away from this company.

I still have every single email that was sent back and forth between the company and myself before they stopped responding. That would have been Dec 29 and I received an email Jan 13 in regards to tracking, which conveniently is right after I escalated my dispute with Paypal. I guess we will see if I receive the product which I now don’t want to use because they fraudulently claim it is Canadian made when clearly the item is being sent from China. *See below*

I originally saw an ad on Facebook for this company. I clicked on their link and ended up purchasing from their website on 11/29/2022. They state that their processing time is 73 hours and shipping time is 1-4 days after processing. On 12/11/2022 I emailed you them to let them know that my order was not showing as shipped yet. On 12/12/2022 I received a response stating that the courier was experiencing a “delay in their logistical warehouse” and are launching an investigation. They stated that if the tracking page hasn’t been updated within 72 hours then they will ship a new order. On 12/16/2022 I emailed them again letting them know that the order was still not showing as shipped. They responded on 12/19/2022 stating that they were still waiting on a response from the courier and would let me know right away. They then stated that they would dispatch a new order right away. On 1/2/2023 I emailed letting them know that there has been no change in the status and no update from them. At that point I requested to cancel the order and be refunded. I have not received a response since this last email. I went to Facebook and searched for any reviews and their page is wiped clean of any negativity. I tried commenting about my issue and it was immediately deleted and I was blocked. I ended up finding a page created for people experiencing similar issues as mine and they have had to dispute their charges and many have also been blocked.

It’s a website for children’s dishes. I bought $80 of product and received a confirmation email. My order was never shipped. When I search my order number it says it cannot be found. All my attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. They just took my money.

Money was charged, and order was never received. Plenty of back and forth with customer services stating that my order was lost and they were investigating the issue and would resend the order. They gave me a bogus tracking link and stopped responding to my emails. No number or contact details to speak to an actual person. It’s been almost 3 months and I haven’t seen the order that was promised to be delivered in 2-4 business days.

I do not see any contact numbers posted on their website, i ordered mine jan 22 and for the love of technology i was not able to screenshot my order number because it was to quick for the page to disappear. Then i emailed them 2 times and got no reply. I only wanted to buy those items and not to have these anxiety attack.

Ordered baby items from this company but never received them. Cannot even find my order in their system and never received a tracking number from the shipper. Have contacted them by email many times. Received multiple automated responses and several follow ups by email. They claim that it's a courrier issue and are waiting for the "report of their investigation ". They promised to send a replacement order a week ago but still haven't received a confirmation of that order or tracking information. Made a claim to my credit card company which is still pending.

Ads for mommy's ark are all over Instagram and Facebook. I'm sure many others have been scammed by this company too as the website looks legitimate and I ended up ordering $92.75 worth of products. Unfortunately, this was 2 months ago and I attempted to contact their support many times (there is no phone number, just email), and through a search on Google I found out this website/company is a scam.

This website needs to be removed and the company shut down asap. Unfortunately, as it's the holiday season I'm sure many others fell for it like I did.

Saw their ad on social media about a baby product sale. Made my purchase on Nov 9, 2022 but package was never shipped out and they refused to offer a refund. Customer Service kept making excuses including package was lost, they were investigating, replacement order will be shipped out in next 5 business days, etc. However, all were empty promises. I left a comment in their ad with my shopping experience, they immediately deleted it and blocked my access to their social media page. You can find a lot of shoppers sharing similar experiences when you google "mommy's ark scam"

This is a website that was target ad on Instagram for silicon babies toys and supplies. When an order was placed, nothing ever came of it. Received an order confirmation, but then nothing ever shipped. When attempting to contact the support center to cancel the order, they replied that the order was processed and they can not cancel it and refund us until we receive and return the items, but the items never had shipped.

They sell baby products but never ship them. When you inquire they make excuses and then block you. They delete all comments from social media that complain and block those users as well.

I purchased Baby products that never arrived. In contacting their "customer support" I am told they lost the package and are working to find it, and they will not offer a refund. They have also claimed to send the package again 2 times, and will refuse to provide a refund for the product that is currently "lost".

This business is fraudulent. I placed an order on November 6 2022 and was told my order was shipping out in 3 days from Toronto Ontario. I am in Orangeville Ontario. I have yet to receive my product and they will not refund me my money. They keep saying this order is under investigation. At this point I just want my money back.

Products were never delivered but money was charged. A month later and still no follow up. Company proceeded in blocking my means of contacts via social media and email.

This happened to me too. They clean up their social media and block negative posts

exactly the same situation happened to my purchase. They had lots of sponsored ads on my social media's newsfeed. Buyers beware!
