They advertise that if you pay them a rather pricey amount (e.g., $59) then they will very quickly provide you with the document (e.g., death certificate of a loved one) you are seeking. They do not supply you with any such document. Once you have paid them then they merely direct you to another organization to obtain the document (which would then charge you additional money and would take about a week or more to provide you the document). This was particularly upsetting to me because my father had recently passed and I was just trying to obtain a copy of his death certificate to help me with my grieving and closure.

The website directs you to obtain a certified copy of your birth certificate. After filling in all of your information it gives you multiple options of how quickly to obtain this copy. You can pay $79 to get it in 6 hours and $59 to get it in 24-48 hours. We chose the second option. In 24 hours all we got was the info filled out on a form. That form now needs to be sent to the dept. of health and may take 2-4 weeks to get the copy of the birth certificate. The website is deceptive and needs to be more clear about their service. I feel like I was scammed.
