Item was advertised through Facebook as being from a family owned company in the United States. I ordered four items through Paypal. The items took a long time coming and when I tracked them they were coming from China. When they arrived the items were of horrible quality. I requested to return the items through email and was told that to return them would cost $30-40 and they gave me a form to fill out for a return. They would not offer more than a 10 percent refund. They would not provide return labels or reimburse the cost of returning the items. They reserve the right to claim the goods were in poor condition upon return and not refund anything.
