She asked me if I can change my appointment time but due to me having work and I had to wash my hair because she said (her sink was broken so she couldn’t wash my hair) that time wouldn’t of worked . She texted me saying “I might have to cancel your appointment and send your deposit back “ I told her “ok “ after that she stop responding to me I started calling her and texting her asking for my deposit back and she refused to give it to me . She then proceeded to cancel the appointment and kept the deposit then blocked my number . I didn’t get my hair washed , I didn’t get my hair braided nor did I receive any type of service so I didn’t understand why she couldnt send my deposit back if I wasn’t serviced
