The online information appeared as a great sale from Old Navy reduction of overstock merchandise at a greatly reduced price. Looks legit, then a month later they claim it has been delivered. When you contact about the undelivered package, they apologize and say they will send you another package. 3 to 4 weeks later the tracking will say delivered. Again, no package. Now you get another apology about the undelivered package, but this time they offer you a refund of 70% of your original payment, stating that you must have poor delivery service in your area. Big Scam!
