The company advertised on Instagram as a Canadian owned and operated Company with local presence. In hindsight, besides the name, there is no evidence that anyone is located in or transacting from Canada. They advertise as a premium shoe company, offering unique quality and fit. When the shoes arrived, it was evident they were cheaply made. I attempted to return them but they have to be returned to China, with tracking and at my expense. And I won't get a refund until they confirm receipt of the product.
